NOTE: HOA will have a sliding glass door replacement project is scheduled to begin Monday, October 5, 2026, and to run through Saturday, December 19, 2026. In addition to the doors themselves, the project includes concrete repair at the door openings,
installation of composite curbs, and replacement of exterior sealants.

The resort offers an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as indoor water amenities including a pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi. There is also onsite parking available. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and a bar stool area for enjoying meals in your condo. There is a large swimming pool by the ocean along with a great indoor pool. The resort is just steps from the beach, and best of all, it offers free WiFi

This condo has keyless entry. Onsite parking is available, with full access to outdoor pools, hot tubs, and kiddie pools. This resort is truly a great place to enjoy your vacation.
Space
Meridian Plaza is centrally located in Myrtle Beach, very close to many attractions. It is near restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and bar stools for enjoying meals in your condo. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. For additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The resort provides towels for the pool area, but guests are asked not to bring them to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels and any beach accessories.

View was fantastic Couch is a little dirty. & pull out is about a 3/10 in comfortability. Room was nice size. Didn’t have board games or anything. Location is fantastic. Elevator felt like it was on its last leg but needed to use it being we were on the 11th floor.

I can’t say enough good things about this listing. It’s got a great location, it has a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony, and it slept comfortably. You’re only steps away if you want to hang out during the day or just take a walk. Julie was a GREAT host. She was very responsive and communicated clearly about check-in/checkout procedures. She had solid recommendations for activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Julie and her crew were amazing to rent from. We found the toaster and hairdryer were not in working order upon our arrival. Julie and her crew had them replaced in a few short hours. It was amazing and very much appreciated. Julie was amazing on her quick responses to any questions or concerns we had. She made us feel like family not just another renter. The place was clean and as pictured. Great location with lots to do in walking distance. Would rent from Julie and her crew again in the future. Good stay

Overall great stay, they are working on the pier and they start at like 8am… no sleeping in. Could use a new bed that one is past its prime, need more silverware even with only 2 people it was a little tough.

We came to Myrtle Beach for the marathon and originally had a reservation at a resort further down the beach. I decided last minute to change our plans (lots of red flags), and I was so glad I did! Easy, hassle-free process to get to our room (no front desk, no lines!) Parking was convenient. The location was great! (Easy walk to the boardwalk, quick drive to Broadway at the beach). And the condo was amazing! Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. Loved the decor! Pools and hot tubs were clean and mostly unused — perfect for relaxing! It was cozy but a great size for me, my husband, and our teenage daughter. Loved the communication, everything was very clear — from check in to check out — and it was an amazing weekend stay! We will definitely be back when we come back to town!

Graduation trip

We had a great time at the Meridian Plaza. The room was clean. The management staff was very easy to get in touch with. I did like not having to keep up with keys! The key-less entry was great. Look forward to the next stay!

This was the perfect weekend vacation spot for me. I was looking for a comfortable yet assessable place to camp out at while doing photography but also enjoying the beach. I could not recommend a better stay! Ultimately considering this is beach front, and just minutes away from so many myrtle beach hot spots, it was the perfect place. You’re missing out if you’re not staying here.

The Condo was perfect. It was super clean, EXACTLY how it was described, had wonderful views and worth every penny, not to mention the location was spot on. The crowds were minimal which made it easy to get around and the amenities were great. The Hot tub and the pool were never busy, which me and hubs absolutely loved.

The location was an easy walk on the sand to the boardwalk area of Myrtle Beach. The place matched the photos. The bed softer than my liking. But everything else was fabulous. Especially for an off season mini vacation.

Julie’s place was exactly as advertised and on the beach front. We exited the building, walked along the pathway, and strolled the beautiful beach. Lot’s of vacationers walking from sunup to sundown – very enjoyable and safe. The two pools were immaculate and the water was clear and clean. Parking was across the street and plenty of spaces. Plenty of restaurants and shows to see- short drives- Boardwalk was an easy stroll along the beachfront from the condo.

Family Reunion

We went to MB to reconnect with family. Our condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. We were close to so many things that we could walk or drive. Definitely will book again.

The instructions for checkout about the TV are not as bad as some of the reviews here say. I mean if you’re used to being a slob and leaving a mess everywhere then yeah, I guess it’s work. The way the TV is set up, it makes sense to have the last person set it back to regular television before leaving the room. I thought the communication was great as far as questions or issues that I had. The place was clean for all general areas but really could use a deep clean, like vacuum the top air registers and dust wash dusty walls. The couch needs to be replaced and I would go with leather to avoid fabric germs amd0 stains. Bring a large blanket if you want to relax on the couch. One of the security guards is weird and rude. The really large guy. People in other units had money stolen out of their rooms when they were gone. I didn’t have that issue and I didn’t feel unsafe in my room or on the grounds. Most likely this was someone who somehow had door codes to their rooms. New mattress needed
