We had a great stay! The room was very nice and recently updated, with a clean and modern feel throughout. Everything was comfortable, and the space was well put together. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

It was overall a great stay. Had no trouble with finding parking and was able to park fairly close to the condo. The place itself was very very nice with a beautiful view. The only thing I can say was that the dishes were put back dirty into the cabinets so definitely wash before use.

Julie and Big fish rentals was AMAZING

Julie and Big fish rentals was AMAZING! The room was great and lots of great features. What they don’t tell you in the description is the property is being sold and there is no hotel management. The lobby is closed, and the hotel is not functional. The room was clean and great but the rest of the property was very dated and dirty. Also it does say deep I. The description the pools are not working but you should remove pools from the headline of the description. Overall a good stay with the room just know you are not staying at a functioning hotel the only thing you have access to is the room.

The pools were closed which is why I gave 4 stars. Even though it was in the listing, it was still inconvenient. The condo was musty at first but Julie said to open the doors or she would get Ozone to come clean it, but it got better by the next day. We didn’t find the sheets for the extra bed so we used a blanket. Julie was going to allow us to move but communication was very slow this time. Things could have been resolved sooner if the response time was better.

Having been stranded alone

Having been stranded alone, after a deer demolished my van, I found this beautiful unit to be holed up in 2 + weeks.. Julie was more than accommodating when I had to extend a couple times. So thankful its the off-season, and I had a cozy place to be.

The condo was exactly as listed along with other things. The tv was great for watching ball games and if you forgot your phone charger no worries they got you covered with plenty of them. The bed was power which was great because that’s what I’m used to and I slept great. The condo was upgraded and looks great. The sandcastle resort could use some attention but still a great stay.
