That ninth-floor balcony view steals the show here—guests find themselves mesmerized by sunsets and ocean panoramas that make this studio feel way more special than its affordable price tag suggests. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with homey touches that help you settle in immediately, plus you've got beach access right out back (no extra parking fees!). The building is transitioning from resort to individually-owned condos, so some resort amenities like pools and hot tubs have been out of service, but guests consistently say the room quality, location, and those stunning views more than make up for it.

The place was great

The place was great. as described and in a good location. the water got hot and the room was just like the pictures. the only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. i guess most people visiting the beach dont get fresh to go out. it was a bit high of a rate due to Atlantic beach bike fest go I no on. all in all I really enjoyed my stay!

The room was cute, clean, and comfortable, exactly as described. Easily a 5-star rating. You could tell someone took the time to add tasteful touches to personalize the space. Bed was super comfy, a little on the firm side – not too soft – but that’s exactly how my husband and I prefer it. A couple of things to keep in mind if you’re thinking about booking – This unit is at the Sandcastle resort, which is in the process of changing over to individually-owned units. Before the resort shut down, this was one of our preferred places to book in MB, having stayed there often. As of Apr2026, this unit is one of only a few active units, so the place feels a little abandoned. Don’t let that deter you, as that will change as more units are sold. It’s a great little oceanfront unit at a great price in a great location! Also keep in mind, it’s a small studio unit. Storage space is VERY limited. Owner added wall hooks to provide additional options to organize clothing, towels etc., which helps.

Julie was very attentive in communication and the place was amazing. loved the location,piils,and balcony. it was nice beach access was right out back so no paying extra parking. definitely would stay here again!

Had a very wonderful time sitting on the balcony watching the sunset . Bed was very comfortable and felt right at home. Only thing we didn’t like were all the pools were out of order as well as the hot tubs The lazy river was the only available option and it had cigarettes butts and trash inside. We enjoyed the beach access and there were fire pitts, grills , and a lot of outdoor seating including hammocks . We will definitely be back.

Cozy quaint room

The room was unbelievably clean. Really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely rent this room again. Some odor in the hallway due to rain, And possibly a leaking ice machine. One of the cleanest rooms that I have studied in Myrtle Beach

Birthday Trip

The room is exaclty as it looks, clean and great view of the ocean perfect for 2 adults and if you have children it would be okay but probably would want more space. The actual building itself needs some major updating, the hot tub and lazy river were closed half of our stay but I never felt disapointed. Not as close to the boardwalk as I would you would need to drive to most of the attractions unless you like walking far distances.

Overall a great stay, room was as described. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and dust in main area. A bigger trash can would also be very helpful. It was a good place for the price. .
