Minimum renter age: 25. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
Pets: Not permitted.
Smoking: Prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and in common areas.
Restricted vehicles: Motorcycles, mopeds, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Parking: A parking pass must be displayed at all times.
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
Payment terms: A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Occupancy violations: A fine of $200 per day, per guest, applies to occupancy exceeding the permitted limit.
Guest/Payment Verification: Required.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 12, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 12, 2027, with completion expected by April 19, 2027.
During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.
Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.
– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

INTERNET & CABLE UPGRADE
Spectrum will be at Sands Beach Club from October 22 through October 30 to replace the existing Spectrum equipment in each unit with the new upgraded equipment. IMPORTANT – UNIT ACCESS IS REQUIRED
