This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

This place was definitely worth booking

This place was definitely worth booking. Right on the water. In a kind of tucked away corner of Myrtle Beach. Close enough that everything was convenient to get to. But just out of the way enough to not be bogged down by traffic. The facilities pool and hot tub were nice to have when we got a full day of rain. And the balcony is perfect to just hang out and watch the ocean. We were a little skittish about the unit’s ac possibly freezing up on the blistering hot days, even with the doors staying closed. But it ended up not being a problem. Overall Id happily recommend this rental

This was probably best vacation we have had in a long time. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time because came to celebrate my son’s 15th bday. Way quieter than expected and being able to wake and a and immediately walking the beach was next level! If he picks myrtle beach for next year will definitely be coming back here.

This place was perfect for my wife, daughter, two grandsons and myself. We chose it because we wanted to be bear the beach and it was right outside our balcony. The place shows some wear and tear which you expect with being that close to the ocean and unpredictable weather. The pool is fine and tithe pizza place on the property is fine. We stayed for three nights and we’re in the in the ocean moring and aftetnoon and walking the beach in the evening and sunrise. The low floor was perfect for people who don’t care for heights. If you are a beach lover, this place is perfect for tou.

Place was clean and comfortable. Right off the elevator so getting in with luggage was super easy. Kid friendly, pool was great the beach was beautiful. Close to grocery and convenience stores. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Even though we didn’t use much the place is equipped with dishes etc. beds were comfortable and it smelled nice! Host was great! Le séjour a été parfait! La communication avec Julie a elle aussi été parfaite! Le logement était très propre et bien équipé! La location est aussi fantastique, il y a une petite rivière a la droite sur la plage et de belles maisons par la suite. Il y a une belle piscine intérieur et extérieur. La salle d’exercice est intime et propre. Tout le complexe est bien maintenu et propre. De plus, l’endroit est calme et paisible. Le batiment est directement sur la plage. Du balcon, on voit le sable et l’eau!

If I could this review a 10 I would everything was as described, my only dislike was when I read no dogs allowed and I seen dogs everywhere including the elevators but I’m guessing this is only for the rental I had. I am highly allergic to dogs but what I can say is that all the dogs were on a lease. If you plan on staying at Myrtle Beach then this is must have to book you want regret it.

My family had a pleasant stay for our first time in Myrtle Beach. The location was excellent I was surprised to know we were on the first floor and felt like we were staying on the beach. The only problem that arose during our stay was the TV remote not working and Julie was really quick with helping me resolve the issue. The washer and dryer in the condo were a god send along wiith the little vacuum. The beds and linens were clean and not stained. I would recommend and absolutely stay again.

This little resort suite was a perfect slice of paradise for my family! The staff were friendly and helpful when it came time for parking and navigating the resort, the area was fantastic and quiet! The views can’t be beat! The beds were all very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were spotless and had everything you could need for the stay. The living room was cozy, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy this wonderful space again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! I loved waking up to the view every morning, we are all going to miss that.The place was clean and I personally liked that the decor was kind of old school, it was cozy and nostalgic. And just fyi for any future families staying, there were beach toys, boogie boards and chairs provided, along with games and DVDs. The washer and dryer were very conveinent to have right in the condo to wash all the wet suits and towels.

Julie’s condo space is beautiful. The room is located on the first floor and very easily accessible. The balcony is ocean front with a stunning view. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The beach itself is right out your front door. We also enjoyed the pool and other amenities. The rooms were very clean with extra linens. There is a dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon!

This was exactly what my family needed. We wanted a calm weekend, with ocean views, right on the beach, and this was perfect. This place didn’t disappoint. My kids loved that they had their own separate beds. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any issues we had.

Other reviews have noted that the condo is old and while that is accurate, it is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this sufficiently spaced condo right on the beach. It was great for quickly getting in and out with little kids.

Julie and her crew answered any question we had promptly and politely. Great communication and very pleasant to interact with. We came up for the inaugural Myrtle Beach Golf Classic and much to our surprise were able to walk down the beach and enter. No shuttles, parking passes, or lines to wait in.

Family of 5: We stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved the condo, building and everything around. The condo itself was perfect for us. Comfortable beds, clean, ocean view. It had everything we needed. The building location could not of been better. Its located 5-20 minutes from everything. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature and was empty almost every time we went. The restaurant was fantastic. Great food, great service and great prices. Julie and her team responded within minutes to every message i sent. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and very simple. We look forward to staying again.

The building was easy to find with working elevators and carts for your luggage. The room was clean and smelled good. The kitchen had a toaster, coffee pot, microwave and any dish you could think of. We were pleasantly surprised with a very nice washer & dryer. The balcony and master bedroom had amazing views of the beach. Also it was so easy to get to the beach and the building had a lovely swing looking out at the ocean. The condo was close to everything or a short drive. There was plenty of room but yet it felt cozy. The balcony made you feel like you were right on the beach. The place was quiet and parking was never an issue. The indoor pool is heated and there’s also a hot tub. The only issue we noticed is the condo is directly across from the elevators and the guest bedroom has a window looking towards them. It was hard to sleep with the elevator dinging all night and some people didn’t abide by the 11pm quiet hours rule. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for a family vacation! Accommodations were just as described and we would definitely stay here again. We loved the first floor location of the condo, which has a direct ocean view from the sofa. The resort is centrally located and close to restaurants and activities. Thankfully, the beds and linens were very comfortable. Although we didn’t cook any meals in the condo, all the necessary essentials were there if we had wanted to. We also appreciated the variety of extra conveniences to make our stay so enjoyable . . . washer & dryer, beach chairs, boogey boards, board games, decks of cards. We had good communication from the rental company and easy instructions for navigating our unit, parking, etc. Overall, we loved Julie’s place and would highly recommend it!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this condo and had a fantastic week there. It was exactly as described. The location at the end of Shore Dr was perfect – so quiet and the beach was not crowded at all being at the end of the beach before the Swash. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. Resort pools were clean and so much fun for our kids. We would come back for sure!

In all the places we have stayed, this is by far our favorite. The location was spectacular. Directly under the condo is a lovely swing for swinging in the shade with a view. This was the exact relaxing vacation this teacher needed. We plan yo return next year.

Perfect location. Not crowded. Last building beside an inlet thats amazing for shelling. The condo was clean, big, and comfortable. The only thing confusing was which building/doors to go in when we first arrived. This condo was in the second set of doors (not the one with the waterfall). Other than that it was a perfect stay and would love to come back.
