This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Great place to stay. Had no issues with anything in the condo everything was cleaned and prepared. The city of Myrtle Beach made it hard to sleep at night due to the working on the beach. But nothing that the host or the condo was in control of. Will be back again

You can’t beat the location for the price. We also enjoyed the amenities of the condo complex with a bar/restaurant, pool, and basketball courts. That’s aside from the fact that the beach is right there as well. Highly recommend!

A sliding door in the main bedroom was never fully closed and I was unable to close it. One of the legs on the chair at the dining table with wobbly. One of the twin beds also had a wobbly leg. Otherwise, it was lovely. It was only a two-night stay with four of us, all adults. I don’t think I would use it for a larger family. Definitely no more than four.

We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better! All we had to do was walk or ride down to the ground floor and you’re right on the beach. The condo was very clean, and the beach itself was well-groomed daily. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. It was also the perfect spot for us, being away from the chaos of the Myrtle Beach strip but still only about a 15-minute drive away, should you want to go. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Very beautiful view. My husband and I took our 3 kids (2 months, 3, and 5 year old) here and it was a perfect place for us. The space was super clean and the indoor outdoor pool was a very nice. What was even better is the beach being walking distance so we were able to walk up and down to do nap time and not have to worry about loading everything up each time! Definitely recommend renting especially if you have younger children!!

Quick overnight stay on the beach

Well worth the money! The unit was not in perfect shape but was very clean, included 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a beautiful view! Loved the balcony overlooking the beach, and quietness of the location. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was emailing copies of my identification and credit card along with a picture of myself, but they allowed me to show them in person. I truly appreciated the ability to text them and their quick responses. Will definitely be back for another stay!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect—situated on a beautiful stretch of beach that was not overcrowded, which made our time by the ocean incredibly relaxing. The weather was also fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The property itself was spotless and very cozy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the Julie takes great care in maintaining the space. I had a couple of questions during our stay and received prompt replies via text, which made everything so much easier. Our group of 3 had very enjoyable stay at this place. The condo was in good condition, spacious enough for the three of us. We loved walking off the elevator onto the beach. The on site and walkable dining was nothing to write home about, but driving to other locations wasn’t a big deal for us. When traveling to North Myrtle Beach we will definitely consider staying here again.

I was nervous since I had never used an Airbnb before. But, I was beyond impressed. It was so much more than what I envisioned from the listing. The place was very nice. Much nicer than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend staying there. It was clean and very welcoming and I felt right at home. It was extremely private, quiet, and peaceful. We were never on the elevator with anyone. The parking was all one level so there weren’t any of those tight ramps to go up and down. The parking spaces were normal size so you weren’t on top of the cars next to you. There weren’t posts everywhere to have to avoid and be concerned about having your doors blocked. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely stay there again.
