I wish they provided some cleaning supplies for kitchen such as scrub brush or something of the sort. Overall great vacation spot! Perfect nook to put a pack and play in one of the rooms! Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious! Would stay there again!

The place was nice just like the pictures we loved the space and the floor we was on. My only complaints was there wasn’t no dish cloths, scrub pads etc lol and the toilets ran all the time. We just kept the bathroom doors closed but it was a bit annoying. Overall it was a amazing resort, the host was amazing, and we had so much fun at our time there. Definitely would give the host 5 stars she was quick to answer any questions and very helpful.

Great place especially for families. The host was very responsive. Resort staff was very delightful to their guest. If you would lile to arrive early, id say let them know asap. Checkin time is firm! We waited a bit to get in, but thats my fault.

My family and I enjoyed the stay we never had a better experience. The water park was so much fun! Everything was met to our expectations! Don’t even get me started on the water pressure it was so nice. The room was able to keep up at the perfect temperature. Only thing that sucked was the internet WiFi it was definitely slow. But all in all we had a great time.

We had a great time using the amenities of the resort and not having to get in the car and drive to everything. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. Julie left us a few things we weren’t expecting and that was appreciated. The only trouble we experienced was the TV’s were incredibly slow. It wasn’t too much trouble, though, we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV.

We really enjoyed our trip! There was a well stocked kitchen with all the kitchen accessories you’d need to feed your family in the room. The room was clean with a great view of the ocean. Julie was a great host and responded to us pretty quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was a lot of fun for the family! They have 2 restaurants, a small Starbucks, 2 indoor waterparks and so much more. The living space isn’t very big but the rooms are which was perfect since we spent most of our time outside of the condo or sleeping 🙂

Julie had a beautiful space. Seeing the dawn from the balcony was the best. She was very responsive and replied to our messages very fast. We forgot a personal item after we left and they helped us get it back.

The only thing was it was a few minutes after 4 before we got our code. But we had a good time there but could use some more lighting in the bedrooms the kids loves the pools, hot tubs, and water slides. Julie was nice and fast about responding. I appreciate her letting us book. The people working at dunes villages was really nice and easy to get along with and lots of help. I would recommend staying there especially if you have kids.

very fun condominiums with the slides they have inside, it is fantastic for children, especially if you have several like me, the room is in good condition, it needs some improvements but for the price it was excellent, I did not have contact with the host because I did not It was necessary since everything was perfect, I would return to this same place on my future vacations.

This was a great place to stay with kids. The indoor water park is awesome and open from 9a-11p. Being right on the beach and having the indoor water park for rainy days was perfect. The unit has bare necessities and was great for it’s purpose. The instructions provided by the host were clear and helpful. There’s a lot of rules and the tone of the instructions is a bit negative. I get it, there are bad renters out there who can really ruin it for the rest of us. I recommend you take pictures of everything when you arrive and you leave to cover yourself. That said, the host has great communication. Check-in at the resort is painful. It seems check-in for most of the units is 4pm so it’s super super busy and because there’s no flexibility in check-in time unless you pay, expect it to take a while. it took over an hour to check-in. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again. It’s perfect for a family vacation!

We had a great stay at Dunes Village. The grandkids loved the water parks and all the kid’s activities. They also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The unit met our needs. We brought paper products to use and we were very glad we did since the dishes and glasses were all breakable which doesn’t mix well with three kids.

It was a nice place but it really would have been nice to have a Vaccum . I was very inconvenienced because the two large burners weren’t working & I had to wait for the maintenance guy. Also the toilet was leaking so I had to wait again. I just feel if your renting your place everything should be checked before your guests come .
