Notes
This condo is privately owned, distinct from a hotel room, and the request to treat it like a home serves as a helpful reminder for guests.

We also provide information about the keycard lock and the process for picking up keycards, enhancing the convenience and security of the check-in procedure.

Furthermore, we ensure that your stay includes linens, towels, washcloths, and initial supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper, guaranteeing that guests are well-equipped with the essentials they need for a comfortable start to their stay.

For those interested, beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent from the lifeguards on the beach.

It’s important to note that daily maid service is not included since this is not part of a hotel. However, if you desire daily or bi-weekly maid service or a towel exchange, we can arrange this for an additional fee.

As part of the resort amenities, you’ll have full access to the following:

* Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs
* Outdoor Lazy River
* Ice and Vending Machines
Feel free to enjoy all of the above amenities during your stay.

Beginning the first week of November, the building is undergoing exterior repairs including pressure washing, stucco work, waterproofing, and painting. Balcony access will be restricted during the project. Guests will not be able to use their balconies. Periodically men will be dropping down from swing stages and will be present on balconies. There will be periodic noise disturbances during working hours. The outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this phase of work.
All balconies are included, starting on the ocean and street sides, with an expected duration of approximately two months before transitioning to other areas, anticipated completion in about six months.

we love that it is oceanfront however we cant go to the balcony due to renovations, which I dont remember seeing in the listing that it was and we cant go to the balcony. We have stayed at seaside before, this unit is similar to what we have stayed at. Trash disposal is a bit difficult since we had to take it ourselves to the dumpster on the first floor. We also wish that there could be an easier way to get our key, It is a 15 min drive to get and return our keys. We paid for early checkin but we were only given the instructions 40 mins later after our actual time. Still we enjoyed staying and they are responsive when we do have questions. All in all we still had a great time despite a few setbacks.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, with the code sent right at check in time. Only main issue was trying to print the parking pass but there is a Walgreens less than a mile away that did it instantly. The locations is very nice, bedrooms are very spacious. The area in whole is quiet and peaceful, we would go out each night for walks late in the evening and it was always well lit and enjoyable. Beach area is not too crowded and pools are large and the kids had lots of fun! Grocery store and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Julie made the experience enjoyable with her prompt responsiveness to any message. Our family has already planned to come back later this year!

The 3 bedroom 2 bath on the 9th floor of Seaside Resort was great. 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each and one bedroom with two queen beds was perfect. A sectional couch was perfect for relaxing and watching tv. The dining table seats six and was great for eating and card playing. The balcony is big and has four chairs. It’s an angled oceanfront view. Beautiful sunrise. Quiet and peaceful. The lazy river was indoor which was a bummer for me but the general pool area was good. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The parking garage was TIGHT. We parked in it the first day/night, but chose to park in the across the street parking the rest of the time. The breakfast they offer at Seaside is not worth the money. The room, the owner, the views and everything else was just as advertised and a great stay. We would rent again. The Grumpy Monk, Hamburger Joes and LuLus are great dinner places. The Kitchen Table for breakfast is awesome! Check out the Roses shop it has great stuff!

Me, my husband, my mom and 3 kids stayed here for 6 days. We loved staying at this place. By far one of the best we’ve been to in Myrtle beach. They loved the indoor lazy river and pool. Given it’s a side view room, it still was a perfect view and beautiful. The only con I would say is that the dryer needs to be fixed/replaced. Had to keep re starting it and it took about 3 hours to dry a small load. Other than that, everything was perfect. Hope to stay here again next year!

Our visit was short. We enjoyed having our own rooms as we were two couples and two children. The beach was right there and we utilized it as much as possible with the kids. It was in a great location, away from the tourist attractions but close enough to enjoy.

We have stayed at Seaside Resort many times thru the years & it never disappoints. This year was no exception. The VRBO condo was large enough for our family & small enough to be intimate. The balcony was great & the side view to the ocean was great as well.

Our stay was great. Julie’s place fit us perfectly. Although we normally stay directly beach facing, this was a short notice trip and honestly it did not make a difference. The condo faces the side, but still has a great view of the beach, as well as the street. The extra large balcony was a very nice surprise. The condo community was very quiet, even for the off season. The only time we heard noise was on the weekend, but it did not distract from the sound of the ocean. The condo itself was a 3 bedroom, with plenty of space to stretch out. Each room had clean linens and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was a little on the small side but we were able to make it work. Located on the far North end of N. Myrtle, it was a great location with plenty of shops and things to do nearby, but also a quick trip to get to other things like Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this particular place again. Thanks.

With ALL the instructions that we received from the host was very easy the check in and check out. The place is clean and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the check-in and check-out times… a check-in at 4 in the afternoon and a check-out at 10 in the morning seems a bit exaggerated to me.

The Seaside condo was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It was very clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the towels and linens were high-quality and the view was awesome. The pools at the location were really nice, including options both in the sun and out of the sun. There was an indoor pool, baby pool and lazy river, as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. Host was very responsive with communications. Our stay was brief, but lovely and memorable.

Love the location and the peaceful view. Loved the amenities and the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We have the place to ourselves when we came. We even tried the mini breakfast buffet in the 6th floor we liked it. It is close to all the attractions. We used doordash with no problems. Parking is a bit tight for cars but at least its covered and we feel safe. Owners are quick to respond so we appreciate it when we had questions. Overall a great stay as long as you follow all the rules for checkin checkout.

The condo was very spacious and in an excellent location. The beds were comfy and we had good use of the pool & gym. You will need a car as listed to get to places as the condo is literally on the beach and everything is at least 1.5 miles away however still close enough driving distance. The beach itself in this area is very clean and not too packed. The condo also has a great view. Small pet peeves was not enough cooking utensils (skillet mainly) and the dryer did not dry well. Other than that the place is clean & very comfy.
