Positive: Convenient, cozy, great views and perfect for 4th of July fireworks! Negative: The parking garage was the only issue because it’s just super tight with the columns. It wouldn’t make me not want to stay again though. Overall it was great!

This was a great location

This was a great location! on the balcony you can see everything and had a awesome view of the beach. the space was big enough for 5 people. we had plenty of towels, but we had to get extra trash bags and toilet paper. which wasn’t a big deal but for a week with 5 people a bigger supply would have been better. also the pool was nice to have, was open late too. this was a less busy area compared to south myrtle beach

Open up the sliding doors and the view from this 5th floor condo was breathtaking. Steps from the beach! Minutes from everything in Myrtle beach. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We had the best week. September was a great time to go. Perfect weather.

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Parking is a little tight for folks like me with a full size truck, but it was not horrible. The place was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. The host was very responsive to messages.

The building was easy to find, although parking was incredibly compact for anything other than a car or small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle, use the parking garage across the street. The views were INCREDIBLE-By far the best we’ve had during any of our stays in Myrtle Beach. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed, and I have no complaints about cleanliness. Floors and linens were clean. Unit was free of dust. Bathroom clean as well. No issues with towels, hand towels, or wash cloths. We experienced a small issue during our stay-And I mean like small as in someone installed incorrect light bulbs which caused a few fixtures to strobe. We contacted Julie and her team, and they were taken care of first thing the next morning. We experienced no issues with booking, contracting, or payment during our stay. There is an on-site beach front tiki bar that is amazing-A gentleman that owns a unit in the building runs it, highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Awesome place

Great spot in the Northern part of Myrtle, very clean, amazing views and the best little beach bar. Literally steps off the beach. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental. We gifted a blender. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. On top of all this my wife got food poisoning the last night and couldn’t fly home the WONDERFUL rental agent helped us with late checkout and was able to get her a room right next door with early check-in none of which she had to do. Amazing customer service!!! We’re already planning our next stay. If you are looking for a nice budget friendly stay in Myrtle 10/10 highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The unit is in the perfect location and close to many great attractions and restaurants along with plenty of parking. It looked just as pictured, the view of the ocean was beautiful and the unit was well stocked with all the basics. We particularly enjoyed the beach cafe/bar right outside the unit that served quick snacks, burgers, fries, etc.

Overall, this listing was amazing in our opinions! There were a few bumps in the road such as the card we were given was outdated and ended up being locked out of the resort, they seemed proactive in getting us a new one but we were never given anything for the trouble unlike a lot of places typically do. We were also never given wristbands although they did state that we may not receive them. Though, the people communicating were very kind and if one wasn’t responding, there was always someone who would be – they seemed to have a team of people available! The view was absolutely beautiful and we had lots of things to do close or around the area. In my opinion, the room was perfectly set up where we woke up to the sunrise and had everything we needed and wanted! They were awesome in letting us check in early and allowing us to still make the trip even though we were a traveling younger couple and had that trust in us! We had the best time and would definitely go again!

If you are looking for a great oceanfront location, this is one of the best. Since it was December, it was too cold to use the balcony, but inside the balcony windows was just as good to sit and watch the waves and at night the waves could be heard. A great place to walk right onto the beach. The condo was compact and had everything that was needed. Lots of fluffy towels and the bed was very comfortable. Even though the waves could be heard, the area was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our time at Julie’s 5th floor Ocean Front Condo at the Clemment’s in North Myrtle Beach. It was definitely what we expected and good value for our stay. Everything was neat and clean and the rounded balcony has a very nice view. We enjoyed very relaxed mornings there. The view from inside with the curtains open is wonderful! Almost everything we needed was provided, yet not unneeded extras making cleanup a breeze for us upon checkout. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Julie and staff for accommodating us! Helpful notes: may want to bring extra washcloths with 5 or 6 guests; are only 4 provided. Parking in parking garage below condos-small cars only. A small SUV can fit, but may get trapped depending on the parking of other vehicles, however, there is extra parking across the street. 😊 Also, staff next door at Caravelle allowed us to use their pools/hot tubs even though we were Airbnb gusts! Doesn’t hurt to ask!

The pictures make no justice. I was skeptical because the carpet and furniture looked outdated in the images. let me tell you, THEYRE NOT OUTDATED. everything was clean, you will receive 100x more than what you see in the images. the balcony was private and had a million dollar view. we stayed 4 days. we ate out 2 times a day and different restaurants every day. not once did we drive more than 5 mins to a restaurant. the location is perfect. I would more than definitely reccomend and come back.
