Notes
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

Located in Sand Dunes Resort this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people! Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.

Note: this condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

We had a great overall stay. The location is perfect, and the space had everything we needed. It matched the photos well, though there was some minor wear and tear in a few areas—but nothing that impacted our experience. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus. The hosts were attentive and checked in frequently, which we appreciated. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

This place accommodated my us during our cousin trip. The balcony was nice view of the ocean. Love how the master bedroom gad a balcony too. Info was very detailed and clear about the place during our stay. It was clean and very spacious. The only thing was the parking lot reminded full during the stay. If you were not back by 8pm you were not getting park because the garage was full. We had to pay at meter to park due to garage being full. Other than that the stay was fun and relaxing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condo booked through Airbnb, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The condo was perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood, close to many local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless. The attention to detail in cleanliness was evident, making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. The condo offered a range of amenities that enhanced our stay. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the comfortable living area was perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a significant plus. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

Julie’s place was wonderful. The photo descriptions matched! There was space for everyone! The resort amenities were great as well. They also provide beach towels at the pool areas so no need to pack them like I did. The beach was not crowded. The pizza and arcade spot inside are a hit! It rained and stormed majority of the evenings but we still had the best time in the condo! Also the trash chute is right by the condo’s door so no long walks to dispose garbage. We drove a Cadillac Escalade and the parking garage was perfect but they do have a parking designation for oversized vehicles. The only negative thing was the clothes dryer didn’t work but the washing machine was perfect. We just washed in the condo and took our clothes to the main building to dry. And the washers and dryers in the laundry mat were $2 each! Great price! We will be back!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay during Christmas! The room looked like the pictures, it was clean and check in was easy. We cooked a big family dinner so we brought our own dishes but there are a good amount of dishes and utensils there. The beds were comfortable, I love the water pressure in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked well. If I had to give one suggestion it would be instructions on how to work the A/C – Heating unit… I’m technical but had to play with it because I couldn’t figure it out 😂… So, we froze for a while until I got it on but once I got it we were good… For those who get upset about the rules just know, rules are really for rule breakers… I’ve stayed with Ms. Julie 2x and never an issue. Didn’t see any bugs, the pest control had come before we checked in. I will say the indoor pool was FREEZING… the Jacuzzi was nice says the kiddos… Hotel has restaurant inside as well…. I’m glad we came, we even saw dolphins from our room…
