Great place to stay on the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the deck. Plenty of room for multiple people. Bedrooms were set up really well with a sofa bed also. Definitely recommend.

The condo and location were incredible—we would absolutely stay here again for spring break. While we had no issues with the condo itself, our experience with Julie at Big Fish Rentals was frustrating. There were excessive messages about adjusting our stay times, even after I had already indicated flexibility. After a six-hour drive, we arrived around 10:00 PM and were given an incorrect lock code. We received no response to messages or phone calls, and even Airbnb was unable to reach anyone initially. After about 45 minutes, we were finally provided with the correct code, but there was no apology or follow-up regarding the inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie’s Big Fish Rental. The property was clean and welcoming. She provided some things that we were able to use at the beach like chairs and beach toys. The most amazing part was the view from the balcony. Waking up in the morning to that view was so peaceful. Not to mention the quick walk to the beach. We were only about 20 minutes from the boardwalk and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was awesome and relaxing!! From the moment I got there till I left I felt right at home. Julie is very responsive to any questions you may have. The king bed was very comfortable and sitting outside was n the balcony on the nice days looking at the ocean was great!! The keyless entry was easy and loved the big screens tv’s!! Only thing that I found that was missing and may overlooked was no big frying pan. I definitely recommend staying here

We stayed at Julie’s place for 6 days. The location is a quiet little peace of heaven right on the beach! It was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo is steps from the beach with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. The building is what I would call a low rise which gives it a nice family feel. This visit was off season but we have stayed in this area multiple times and it is one of our favorite areas of Myrtle Beach. Lots of walkable little restaurants and a walkable distance to Apache Pier which has “Groupers” restaurant inside. Clean and comfy condo. Highly recommend!

Went for a birthday weekend trip. Ended up extending our stay. Close to many fun nightlife spots, food spots, and local shopping. Perfect beach spot. Host was very responsive and communicated fast. This is Airbnb was perfectly stocked with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. Would love to return!

We had drove 15 hours down. We got there a little bit early and there was no problem checking in. It was only a half an hour but that meant everything to us after that drive. They responded very quickly when I reached out and they were super attentive and helping me get in as soon as possible. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a peaceful, beautiful Serene vacation

Everything was exactly as described and what I wished for. Walking down to Ocean Nanny’s for some live music and a few drinks… Being right on the beach, the pool, the condo itself was just perfect. We will be back and we appreciate everything. Highly recommend.

Julie’s place was exactly what was described and very clean. Most importantly it was right on the beach and there was a lot to do with in walking distance. Ocean Annie’s iOS right down from the condo. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay there on our next beach trip.

We were meeting family in Myrtle Beach July 8th-10th and had booked a place at a local (large) hotel. When we arrived late in the evening and went up to our room, we found it to be a total disaster. 🙁 The phones didn’t work, the ceiling paint was peeling, holes in the walls were patched with spackle but not painted over, the floor was full of crumbs, all the doors stuck so bad that we thought ours kids kept locking them, the toilets looked like they would overflow at every flush, and the room smelled SO strong of bleach that I got an immediate headache. There was no way were could stay there, even for 2 nights. I manage to get onto airbnb eventually and found Julie’s open place. Unlike others, Julie’s header listed the number of rooms and bathrooms, which made it easier for a desperate family of five to find a place that fit. She was a life-saver! And her place was more beautiful than pictured. It was so quiet and private and the beach was literally at the end of the steps.

Our stay at Julie’s place was exactly what my little family was looking for in our quick trip. Check in was super easy. The area is not in a busy part so the noise list is minimal. Wonderful access to the beach and pool. Also, probably one of the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed at. So thankful Julie shared this place with my family and I. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was so nice/clean! Very close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and it is in a very quiet peaceful area with very low traffic! This units building was also right across the canal and great for fishing along with the Apache Pier! Not only was this unit in an amazing area Julie was always very helpful with any concerns or questions we had! Will definitely be going back and renting this unit again!

Great place BUT

We had a truly wonderful stay here! Location, price, communication with the rental company, all was fantastic. However, parking was a headache. Whoever owns/manages the buildings only allows 1 car per unit. We went here end of April through the first couple days of May and the parking lot was almost completely empty. We had 2 vehicles because we were meeting up with family, but because there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with building management, I had to have someone take me to the airport that was 30 minutes away to park my car. Every day. For our 3 day stay. And then go pick it up every morning to then pay for public beach access parking down the street. If they could just change that “rule”, it would’ve been the perfect place to stay.

We love A Place at the Beach III! This unit has a wonderful view of the beach and has been renovated beautifully. Close to so many restaurants, off the beaten path, I would recommend to everyone. It is on the second floor, however, we are 65+ and had no trouble navigating the steps.

Julie was quick to respond when questions were had . The place was amazing and just the right size for our little family trip. The Beach was just out our door which we loved. Clean and affordable location. I will return , if Julie will have me back lol, I hope. The location was clean and was left the same way when we left. Great price for the beautiful and surprisingly quiet area of Myrtle Beach. Easy to navigate the property. Beds were very comfortable and the other furniture was as well. The water was not quite as hot as I like but plenty warm enough for bathing (I like it to burn). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property.

This area was great. At a dead end road. There are a few big condo buildings beside this set of condos but none of those people were near us. These condos are only 3 stories so not as many people. Could have played corn hole in between each group of people. Loved the location. Ease of walk to beach. Close by is a beach bar and food joint that had great burgers. Right behind the condos a block or so they have pizza , ice cream, and gift shop. Krogers is two minutes away. I would definitely stay at this location again. This place does have a pool but we are beach bums so we only walked by it once. Grills out by pool. A few things for note. I never did see any kind of cart to load items. The instructions said do not put cart in rooms. Maybe that was a general Airbnb rule. No elevators. You are carrying everything up steps. Not that we watched a lot but this tv did nothing. There was a cable box but none of that did anything on tv.

Julie’s place was awesome! Plenty of space for 4 people and the condo is super cute. Looks exactly like the pics and came with everything we needed. Even the right pots and pans to cook dinner. And the beach, FANTASTIC! Also, the communication with Julie and her team was very professional and prompt. We will use this space again next year. Not related to Julie at all, I would not bring a 2nd car. We were not able to find any close paid, public parking. We just happened to get lucky in a garage of a hotel.

I did stay during off season but regardless it was a peaceful and quiet stay right on the beach! Short 4 min drive to the main strip. Also close to a Walmart, another 4-5min drive. Julies team was very responsive and reassuring. The lease can be intimidating but as long as you treat the place with respect you have nothing to worry about! For the views and location, it was well worth the price!

The good is this is right next to the beach. You can literally walk to the beach as its right behind the condo. Very nice location. BE AWARE there are a lot of rules for this property. other than that great stay

Overall this place was very relaxing and enjoyable. Me and my family had a great time during our stay. There is a lot to do in the city and having the beach literally right outside the place was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. If I find myself back in Myrtle Beach this will be my first choice to stay.
