Notes
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Note: Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

The place was very nice. They had everything they said they had and the location was very nice. Pool wasn’t open but they due to the time of year but that’s not their fault at all. Beds were very comfy.

Myself and the family aboulute loved this unit and trip to South Carolina, Myrtle Beach. The condo was super clean with breathtaking views of the ocean. entertainment and food eateries were in close distance and we felt safe!!. Julie was a great host. She communicated well, and promptly responded to any request.

We had a really great stay at Julie’s place at the Sand Dunes. Location was great check-in was easy she was responsive to any questions we had. There is acouple restaurants on-site that I would definitely recommend (River city Cafe and Ava’s Pizzeria) and it was really nice they had a Tiki Bar by the outside pool! Easy access to the beach. Only down side that we had out of the stay was the floors weren’t the cleanest not a big deal and the water pressure in the bathrooms sucked but still not a big deal. We would definitely book this condo or another one of Julie’s condos on our future trips to Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful, comfortable & well kept condo in a great location! 17th floor unit with a great view of the ocean & morning sunrises. Easy check in process and well equipped unit for the most part (no sponge/paper towels/dish detergent) aside from that felt right at home! Great pool area and Tiki Bar attached. Great restaurants near by (Blueberries/Hook & Barrel) highly recommend! Thank you for hosting us Julie hope to be back again next year!

Julie accommodated is at the last minute when another place fell through. She was responsive and thorough in details about expectations and suggestions. The location turned out to be better than the first place we booked and we were very happy.

Julie is a very responsive and welcoming person. She made our visit feel like home. Great resort and a lot of near places in need. One disappointment is that water park is closed during the winter seasons so if you have kids not as exciting because you have to go outside across to the main building into a small pool and hot tub but great view but other than that great place.

Very clean and beautiful space! My in laws booked their condo for the wrong week so they got to the beach and had no where to stay. I looked on air bnb and found Julie’s place and had them checked in and ready to go within minutes. Julie was so quick to respond! Space was beautiful and they really enjoyed their time here. Can’t say enough good about this space or the communication given by Julie! I will definitely book with her again!
