We enjoyed our stay at the Avista Resort. We chose to book through Airbnb so that we could see the specific condo we would have. This location was perfect for our family as there’s restaurants within walking distance and it’s ocean front. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The kids really liked the indoor lazy river and pool, and I liked the hot tubs. Communication was great from start to finish.

The view was much better than the photos can show. What a beautiful view with a great resort that was quiet and safe even late at night. The amenities are really cute with a little tiki bar and cornhole area right on the beach. We didn’t get to experience everything while we were there but would love to come back.

The Avista Resort has everything we needed. Julie and her team communicated well and had the check in process down pat. The staff at the resort were so helpful. Our key cards did not work at check in but the resort engineers were very responsive to reprogram the lock. The onsite restaurant and lounge were great for the nights you wanted to stay close, but if you did want to venture out there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. This property is a must stay if you are coming to North Mrytle Beach. The oceanfront view was beyond spectacular on the balcony during morning coffee. The unit had everything we needed at our fingertips. The resort itself was all inclusive with pool, bar restaurant and even entertainment. It was during SOS Fall Migration which made the location to Main Street for all the shagging activities just blocks away. Our favorite was the lazy river in the pool area. The commuication with the owner, Julie was excellent. She checked in often to make sure the unit meet with our expectations. The view was the most rewarding part of the of our time spent here. It is definitely worth the stay and I would love to book again.

This place was easily the best I’ve ever stayed! As soon as we walked in IT SMELLED SO GOOD! We did not want to leave! The bath tub was my absolute favorite!

Great location for the price!! Rooms are exactly like the pictures. We didn’t use the stove, microwave or dishes but seemed to be in good working order. No paper towels were available and limited on toilet tissue, so bring your own. Make sure you read all the detailed emails you’ll receive. Trash dumping was very confusing. Front desk wasn’t any help, most told us to leave the trash by the door, email instructions said dump on the ground floor. No dumpster was available. Parking was very close with a small car. So big trucks/Vans willl need to park higher in the garage for space. All in all we were there for relaxing and that’s what we got. Beds were comfortable and that was a huge plus!!

I did not see that a personal desktop fan was listed in the amenities and was happily surprised to find one in the closet as I had forgotten mine at home. Everyone was super friendly at the resort & willing to help with even the smallest things. Great view over the pools and overlooking the ocean. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows provided. Condo is pretty close to the elevators as well. I would definitely stay again!

We love to visit North Myrtle and have finally found the perfect place to stay when we return later this summer! Julie’s place was clean, beautiful and perfect for our family! The location and the amities were more than we could have asked for! We made tons of friends around the condo each time we stepped outside to head to the pools. Everything was in perfect condition, small child friendly, safe, comfortable,clean. Easy parking! Make sure you visit Ducks Donuts just down the street.

Very Comfortable Unit.

“Stayed at Avista Resort Unit 1106 for 2 weeks during the Christmas period of 2024. The unit was perfect for a longer term stay for my wife and I. The amenities included two large modern Samsung Smart TV’s in the living room & bedroom (although we don’t watch TV in the bedroom, but appreciated that it was there); a full kitchen (with dishwasher)……which makes a longer stay that much more comfortable….we could cook our own meals in the unit. Very comfortable sofa and recliner in the living room, which is important to us. There is also a Washer and Dryer IN the unit which also is super convenient for longer stays. No hauling laundry down to the public coin operated facilities! The bed/pillows/linens we slept in were very comfortable and the linens were included with the rental. Plenty of towels/washcloths/etc. also provided! We both appreciated the newer solid flooring throughout the unit as my wife has allergies and carpet can be an issue. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water! As for the view…..what can I say….you are literally situated only yards from the beach and have a nice balcony to sit on, and large glass doors to look out at the ocean from the living room…..So relaxing! The unit was also very quiet. We liked it so much that we booked it for two months during the winter time next year! Can’t wait to return to Avista Unit 1106.”

Perfect condo!

My husband and I stayed here from Sat 10/12/24 and left Wed 10/16/24. The resort is great. The beds are SO comfy and the furniture is nice in the condo. Everything was sparkling clean. AC worked great and that is important to us. We loved the hot tub too. There’s not much traffic this time of year, but that’s how we like it. The location is close to tons of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Instructions were a bit strict, and may have seemed a little bit overwhelming throughout the trip just to make sure we left everything perfect. But nothing we weren’t use to as far as taking care of a place. Julie had many recommendations and was willing to accommodate us with help in any way we needed. Definitely enjoyed our stay. First Sister Week

My sister and I took our first sister week without husbands and kids. We had a great time. Property is convents located to anything you may want to do. The beach access is so close. The staff were the best and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The host and rental company answered request:questions within about an hour. I strongly recommend this. Property.
