This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.

Important Notes:
– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

We had a great time

We had a great time. The only issues we had were having to contact Airbnb customer service to get the access code after it was not provided to us at the time of check in. We had to wait roughly 15min for the code. We also recived a message to check out a day before our scheduled check out time which caused more confusion. The floors in the room had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. I literally swept up a giant pile of trash and sand and our feet were incredibly dirty after being inside for roughly 10min. It was a great price and I personally feel like the issues we encountered were due to paid cleaners in the facility not doing a thorough job cleaning prior to our arrival as well as the confusion and frustration with not being able to get in on time and being told we needed to leave a day early which was caused by the host not doing the basic job of getting us in and out smoothly without having to contact them.

The location and balcony were the best part about this booking. The building is under construction rt now and this left only one working elevator, it truly wasn’t horrible but is worth mentioning. My family used the stairs a lot. The bathroom towels did not match and had bleach stains on them, there were toilet bolts on the floor in the bathroom- my children are older and did not mess with them but had someone had younger children this could have been a safety hazard. There were only a 3 washcloths, I notified Julie and she had the cleaning lady drop off 3 more. I would pack your own washcloths and towels for this booking. There were only 1 mini bottle of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided- this is the 1st Airbnb I have stayed in that didn’t have the complimentary bottles in the shower. Lastly, the refrigerator makes a whining sound. I let Julie know of the concerns, hopefully the issues are resolved prior to the next booking.

Can’t beat the price for the location and the condo’s size

Can’t beat the price for the location and the condo’s size. Although the smell in the condo was very strong. Very often it smelled like cigarette smoke even with all the doors closed. Looks like someone in the building smokes inside and it travels through the whole AC system. Also the floor wasn’t mopped thoroughly. Our baby’s socks got soiled right away. Also the bedroom gets stuffy very quickly- the AC vent is very small. But the location is perfect- right on the boardwalk with lots of attractions and amazing ocean view. Also we were getting a lot of messages from the hosts / admins even a few days before and after checking in and checking out. That’s kind of annoying and kind of violating our privacy.

The condo is in a very convenient location in Myrtle Beach, near all of the major attractions, right on the beach, and on the boardwalk. The unobstructed view of the ocean allowed amazing sunrise views, seeing the dolphins cruise by regularly, and views of Myrtle Beach from north to south. It was cold when we were there, so we really enjoyed the firepit and hot jacuzzi outside. The condo had everything needed to just show up and start living and enjoying the place. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the unit, the floors were gritty and we had to sweep when we arrived and the dishes needed a wash before we could use them. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

pros: – location was great. easy walk to the beach, pier, and boardwalk. this was an A+ – Quick communication cons: – being inundated with emails and texts from the host. double digit email, Air BNB messages, and sms messages from the host and their team gets old quick. – despite the number of emails explaining things some things weren’t as described. This isn’t a big deal usually, but when you get a constant email stream explaining extra things you will be charged for its annoying. For instance, the place had sand all over it and I had to sweep up on arrival, the lock wasn’t as described, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and getting in the building wasn’t as described. Overall location outweighs it all and I would recommend staying here, but my recommendation to the host would be to chill out on all of the emails/texts/messages it just makes the renter feel unwelcomed and like they are doing something wrong all the time.

Absolutely enjoyed our week stay at this location. Condo was roomy and it was one of the few that had entry not through the bedroom. Only downside to actual condo is that the only bathroom is in the bedroom (if we didn’t have an infant this wouldn’t have been an issue). The Bayview is an older hotel (so expect wear and tear, and older aesthetics) but it was a great value and a prime location for our family trip!

Enjoyed our stay here in early March 2025. Quiet space and easy to access and central in MB. Hot tub was nice and parking ramp was convenient. Kitchen was had essential things but nothing too extravagant. There are no spices, salt/pepper or cooking oils. No paper coffee filter but a 4c coffee drip machine available. No paper towels provided in kitchen. Great view of the ocean from this 10th floor condo.

Was an overall great stay. The instructions were helpful but super lengthy, with check out I would’ve loved a checkout binder due to trying to find in the email what needed to be done. Also bring your own paper towels and scissors lol learned the hard way.

We love to be in front of the beach . It was awesome . The washer and dryer was an extra, that we appreciated . The only problem we have our car is above 7 fits high. So we have to pay public parking for $15 a day . Other than that it was a very nice place .

View from the balcony is everything. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Right on the beach. Many stores, restaurants, activities are walking distance. Starbucks located to the hotel. Boardway is literally 9/10 minutes driving distance from the parking deck location. Parking deck is across the street. Had trouble getting access but it was fixed. This building elevators are packed and slow during checkin/out/rush hours.
