The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

What a beautiful and spacious home/condo. Upon entering, one automatically feels relaxed and very welcome to stay. The space was more than ample. Although I was traveling alone, the space is certainly sufficient for 4 or 5 people. The oceanfront views were breathtaking every morning. Everything was immaculately clean and refreshing. There were numerous pools to choose from and a wide range of shopping and dining options nearby. I intend to stay here again and will highly recommend this to all my associates and friends.

We had a great stay at Julie’s apartment ! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Ocean front getaway

Our room and the resort was spotless! The rental company is easy to communicate with making checking in and out a breeze! Definitely will be back and hopefully get the same room.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfect! And it feels secluded, almost like its own little community. Food and attractions are literally just a few blocks away so there’s plenty to do. The parking garage on site was a huge plus! It has a huge outdoor area with multiple pools/ lazy river and hot tubs. It has several easily accessible entrances to the beach with working showers to clean off after you come in. The layout of the room is perfect! Everything was so clean. It looks just like the pictures. I had a few questions and Julie (Big Fish Rentals) were very friendly and quick to respond. (Don’t be overwhelmed by all the rules. This place is nice and peaceful for a reason.) This is a great space and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I was very happy with our stay at beach cove resort, our room was very nice and clean, the view to the beach was awesome and Julie was very nice and with reaching her out for anything she was great she was responding to our messages right away. We had a wonderful stay at Beach Cove 612. The condo was just like the pictures. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby so we spent a lot of time in the condo and it was so cozy and comfortable! The neighborhood felt very safe and is a great location. The condo was very clean. The furniture was clean and comfy. The beds were comfortable and the separation from the living area was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cutlery and cookware. There were ample trash bags, toilet paper and dish detergent. The bathroom was roomy and the double sinks made it easy for us to get ready! The balcony view was beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there. Also I would like to address the “rules” that you may see negative reviews about. I was a bit nervous about them too. However, when you arrive and see that everything is in good working order they don’t seem so daunting! If you take care of the property you won’t have any issues. Would def recommend

I was familiar with Beach Cove Resort. The condo was clean and had ample towels and the linens were clean. Instructions for what was expected was precise. We enjoyed our visit. The only downfall was no fault of Julie but only one elevator was working and the lazy river and inside pool and hot tub were closed for renovations along with the outside fountain. The condo was well worth the money and the place was clean and beautiful and what we expected. We would rent again from Big Fish Rentals.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful condo. The condo is exactly as described and pictured! There’s plenty of space, a good size bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony. They are doing work on of the elevators in each tower so 1 elevator with 16 floors wasn’t great. However we made it work, met many nice people, and really enjoyed our stay! The weather was beautiful, there’s 3 different beach access from the pool deck level. One with a ramp, great for wheelchairs/strollers. The resort staff was extremely friendly and helpful anytime we had questions.

I’m one to do my research when finding a place for my family for multiple days- Julie’s listing was exactly how the pictures looked- very clean when entering the condo and was everything I would expect in staying for the week. We had an incident in which a fuse was blown and Julie and her team responded within minutes and had this fixed.

Merci à Julie pour son accueil. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement en bord de mer, avec le bruit des vagues pour nous bercer. Le prix était tout simplement incroyable pour la durée du séjour et les services inclus, et cela nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances en famille malgré un budget serré. Les quelques problèmes à l’arrivée ont été réglés en quelques heures par Julie et son équipe. Julie s’est même déplacée elle-même le jour de Noël pour nous amener des couverts qui manquaient. Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel et l’accès direct à la plage. C’était l’endroit parfait pour juste relaxer et admirer la mer. Un supermarché et tous les services nécessaires se trouvent à proximité. Seul petit bémol : certains meubles sont de mauvaise qualité et se dévissent ou brisent facilement. Il faut donc être soigneux. Malgré ce petit nuage, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Big Fish is great, but most light switches in condo didn’t work. We did not know what they controlled. Other than that we enjoyed very much.

The place looks better than in the photo. They updated some furniture in the room. Check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. Julie’s team answered all questions very quickly. The apartment is on the seafront. Beautiful view and just steps from the beach! On the beach we saw schools of fish. The sand and water are delightful to play with children. We intend to return!
