This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

This resort has a pool area and direct access to the ocean! FREE WIFI! Close to Barefoot Landing and House of Blues, Alabama Theatre! A variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six persons and is approximately 630 SF. From the living area and balcony, enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanview condo!

Once you enter through a foyer, Private bathroom, and bedroom to the right. Proceeding down the hallway opens up to the main living area, containing the sofa, bar stools, and kitchen area. To the left are 2 bunk beds built in for the kids to enjoy! Amazing ocean views from the balcony and living area are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchen in this condo featuring a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave, along with a washer and dryer!

Great place to stay. Small but exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Positive: Right on the beach, super clean, well furnished with everything we needed! We will be back likely in the fall!! Negative: The only issue at all that we had was the pool was not opened due to the complex building a new pool deck behind the pool. This would be something I feel they should have let me know when I booked. I messaged to ask if there was a way to access the pool, and the representative who answered told me to call the front desk and ask. This complex is small and has no front desk or staff on property. It wasn’t a big deal for us this time because the weather was too cold to swim anyway. But had the weather been warm enough to swim, it would have been an issue.

This place is perfect for two people. I would not suggest six… Although it can accommodate comfortably for people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wanted direct beach entrance, and safe environment for children if you bring them. The only thing was the blow dryer is outdated so I would suggest bring your own. It is a lovely place. An Julie is a very lovely host.

Condo was cute and had a view of the ocean. It was clean but as others have mentioned the shower door needs to be repaired and some fresh paint on the walls would help the appearance as there are various scuffs.

I’ve stayed in other locations around Myrtle Beach the past three years I’ve stayed on this particular street and section of Beach. For me personally this is the best location in North Myrtle Beach. It’s centrally located to everything in the area. Our accommodations were everything we expected was very comfortable, clean and quiet. There’s plenty of parking. A deck in the back for relaxing and socializing adjacent to the swimming pool. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this exact building and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic location if you don’t want all high rise activity of Myrtle Beach . Peaceful, yet still close to restaurants and shopping . Unit is perfect for 2 guests and has everything you need to feel at home . This place is a great deal and would return in the future .

This rental is as good or better than pictured and described. The flat is lovely and comfy, but also very clean when I checked in, in a fantastic quiet but accessible location. There was a very long list of instructions and rules from the rental company pre-check in, but honestly, nothing is out of the ordinary or over the top – especially for an area that has to deal with spring breakers. Communication with Julie’s team was friendly, generally quite fast, and helpful. I loved my stay so much I extended.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was so easy and went very smoothly. The location was great. The blinds at the condo didn’t provide much privacy in some rooms but overall my stay was great and definitely worth the price! The host were very responsive and helpful as well.
