This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is not allowed in the room and on the balcony.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

NOTES:
* Pets are not allowed between March 1 and October 31.
– Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30 days or more) during the months of November, December, January, and February.

-Elevator #5 (Pinacle Building) is out of service until further notice (estimated 3-5 weeks)

Positive: Great view from our room, super easy check in, very clean Negative: I didn’t like having only 3 towels my entire stay, and didn’t feel it was very fair to be charged for asking for new towels,, on vacation? I also didn’t like having to tote my trash from the 12th floor down to the dumpster. That didn’t make it feel like vacation with four little kids.

Overall a great condo for a short stay

Overall a great condo for a short stay. Loved the fireplace and the bold color palate. The condo has a great view and the kids enjoyed all of the pools despite cooler than anticipated weather. Some stained linens and did have to sleep 5 of us on the two queen beds due to some questionable stains on the murphy bed. It is fine for a couple of nights but the lack of laundry in the unit and small kitchen aren’t ideal for a longer stay.

We came down for a baseball tournament and it was very close to the field. The hot tubs and the pool were perfect for after ball games . Room was nice and host was great at responding to questions.

Nice clean unit. Great view. Short walk to the pier. Only complaint is the resort needs to get their hot tubs looked at. 3 of the 4 were running well below proper temp, maybe 90. And the lone hot one’s jets were down. I would still stay here again and hope that is not how they normally are. The host was very friendly and responsive. Good booking for a fair price.

The resort was in amazing shape for it’s age and weather wear. Every pool and hot tub was clear and the area around was clean. The only issue I had was being a bit nervous about all the add-on fees. (Early check in fee, using luggage cart inside room fee, leaving garbage in trash can, and etc.). I didn’t incur any additional fees, but was nervous about all the fee added rules. However, apparently I managed to not break any rules so was not charged any additional fees . Just have to be hyper vigilant on the rules that are presented after payment made.

My mother and I stayed for a week. 1st We honestly had no idea where to park so we parked on the third floor (top) of the parking deck. You can not get into the building that way without a key card. Key card was in our room and we couldnt get there. We had to have someone let us in to get the key then it was all good from there. 2nd We dis not get pool bands which isnt a big deal but there was only one key card to get into the building. That was a hassle considering we had to stay together to get back in the building. The walking around the building without a key card to the front was confusing to my mom. Two key cards would have been VERY helpful. 3rd I was so excited to have a full size coffee pot. The last time we stayed we had a 2 cup coffee pot and it was more of a headache to use then worth it. 4th The couch is the most comfortable couch ever. I slept every night on it (because i wanted to) and wow what a good night sleep. We would definately stay again.

We would give the unit a 5-star rating. We had no issues with anything while we were there. The unit was pristine, it was exactly as described. The ocean view from the balcony was nice. We would definitely recommend BigFish Rentals to our friends.

The condo was as described. Loved the balcony view also. The couch was super comfy with a large tv and fireplace in front of it. The only negative thing I can say is taking out our trash ourselves was a bit much. It wasn’t in a convenient location and the door to the dumpster was closed to even put it in. With saying that, it’s not the owners fault at all. She was super helpful and very quick to get back with me.

The condo was as listed and described. The location was great and we walked to most places we wanted to go. It was also very child friendly. The amenities were perfect for our six year old granddaughter. She had an absolutely amazing time in all of the pools, water slides and kids water pool play area. The beach was easily accessible even with our beach cart. Our family had a fabulous time and would definitely love to stay again!

I’ve never stayed in a resort before so things like parking and finding the office was a learning curve but Julie was helpful and once we’d had a chance to look around we settled in nicely! we loved the view and how convenient everything was, the restaurant down stairs was wonderful and the gift shop had everything we’d forgotten, the beds were super comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze- what a great stay!

The room felt great to stay in and the high balcony view was stellar at night with a lucky full moon light reflecting off of the ocean. The small living room with tv and fire place was excellent and the rooms were very nice and clean. Everything worked great till the end and even had free parking which was great.
