When we opened the door and walked into the living room the ocean view was breathtaking! You could see the sunrise from the main balcony and then you could see the sunset from the side balcony! We loved the layout and felt at home! The beds were comfy and everything was clean! We cooked several meals there and enjoyed ourselves! Julie made the check in process was easy and answered all my questions ! We would recommend this condo for sure! We plan on coming back!

When we opened the door and walked into the living room the ocean view was breathtaking! You could see the sunrise from the main balcony and then you could see the sunset from the side balcony! We loved the layout and felt at home! The beds were comfy and everything was clean! We cooked several meals there and enjoyed ourselves! My family I are very satisfied with our stay

My family I are very satisfied with our stay. Unfortunately, there was construction on the beach every day/night with loud noises during our stay, but thankful the host made provisions for us during check out. Overall, the Airbnb was much more spacious & breathtaking than the pictures showcased. We are satisfied with our stay 10/10 minus the construction, but that was not the host fault.

We absolutely loved the place!! Everything was perfect. It was the perfect location to watch the sunrise every morning, and enjoy coffee and good convos on the multiple balconies this condo offered. Julie, the Host, was extremely responsive and very accommodating. We were so impressed with the place that we already booked it for next years girls trip! We cant wait to come back.

Such a great rental home. The space was plentiful and clean. The property was well guarded and maintained. Everyone was very friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. Plenty to do in the area if you don’t do a beach day or relax in the home. The beach, pool, and other amenities were easily accessible to the property owners/rentals. I highly recommend for a family oriented and peaceful vacation. Julie was super kind, a huge help and responded very quickly. She was a great benefit to our stay. Our favorite part out of all of it HAD to be the views from the two balconies. Just wow. Overall, it was just a great experience. We hope to be back, not only to the area, but to this beautiful home. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate it.

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the whole stay very much. The condo is very well stocked with everything from beach chairs to all things needed for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The king-sized bed we slept in was very comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. The building is very well kept, and the security personnel are very helpful and nice. Checking in was very easy. The condo is a corner unit and very quiet and privet with 3 decks all having great views. It was very clean and ready to go for us. The washer and dryer work great; this place checks all the boxes for us. We really like the location for shopping and eating out, with many stores and restaurants being very close. Julie thank you again for letting us stay at your place we very much so enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, got up early every morning just to see the amazing sunrise. Then condo itself is very large and in good shape. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, and the condo is well decorated. Very nice place to stay.

Wonderful location. High end condominium, fully equipped and furnished. **Beds are extra firm**Plenty of linen provided (towels, blankets, pillows). Storage closet includes beach chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards. Kitchen is well equipped. Has Keurig and drip coffee pot. Entire back side of condo are balconies. Amazing views! You can rent umbrella and chairs beside lifeguard stand located directly behind condos. Tiki bar, tennis court, pool, literally steps to the beach. Note that there is a restaurant onsite with limited hours in addition to a dinner club with a dress code (jacket/cocktail dress). Definitely plan on staying there again.

Condo has Amazing views from every room. So relaxing and peaceful on the patio, watching the ocean. Building is very secure. Felt very safe there. The little restaurant in the building was great for breakfast with good food and prices.This condo has everything you need for a stay at the beach .Would definitely like to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at condo 1707. Views of the ocean was outstanding! We only used the king size bed in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice living room and bedroom decor. There were sliding glass doors in both bedrooms that didn’t work, nor the one in the dining room did not slide open. The only one that opened was in the living room. A few minor issues with sink drains in both bathrooms but we worked on them until we were able to use them. Hurricane Helene blew through while we were there and for a few hours the wind was very bad, but no damage at all to the resort or Myrtle Beach. We would stay there again as it is an ideal location!

Beach Getaway

This was a short but VERY needed reset for a couple of days listening to the waves and Seagulls. The accommodations are so well situated to Fine dining, Grocery stores and Entertainment. My most favorite amenity, however, is the positioning of the condo unit in relation to the Sunrise!!! The sun rises over the Pier for some unbelievable pictures. Sitting out there with a cup of coffee watching God’s Artistry at work was simply unbelievable and calming. Will come back.

Very spacious 2 bedroom with beautiful ocean views, beautiful decor and everything you could possibly need for the week. We could have just arrived with our clothes and been good to go! When I had questions Julie was quick to respond to help us out. The only downfall, which was not at all a big deal for us was that we had difficulty finding and connecting to the WiFi. Will definitely stay again!

The condo and the location were great. The furnishings were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook. There are a few hoops to jump through with building security to check-in and unload which added significant time to getting in to the unit. This has nothing to do with the host but people should be prepared. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with and the value for the unit was great!

Such a beautiful and quiet place. Stayed here on my way to Sarasota. This is the first Airbnb I’ve booked and it didn’t disappoint. Julie is such a sweet and kind person. Julie was a great host and always responded quickly. Her place was very spacious with lots of comfortable places to seat in the living room. It was just me and my husband so we only used the master bathroom and it was very comfortable. We only used the walk in shower in the other bathroom and it was very nice. The bath tub in the master bathroom room could use a little tlc. We didn’t cook but if we wanted to the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of glasses, plates, bowels, pots , pans, spoons, knives, forks just everything you would’ve needed. The views from the balconies were amazing, we even saw some dolphins 🐬 We really enjoyed celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and would love to return one day.

Lovely Condo in Well Kept Building

We enjoyed our stay at Maisons Sur Mer. The condo was clean and spacious. There isn’t anything you could possibly want that you won’t find in this condo, but the listing should be updated to reflect the amenities. We brought in so many unneeded items, and it would have been nice to save that space, time and money. There is a very good variety of some kitchen essentials (spices, etc.) which I brought all of, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, which I also brought. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and lots of other goodies to make your beach experience great. Again, I brought these unnecessarily because the rental agent indicated that we needed to. Unfortunately, the biggest inaccuracy of the listing is that there is a “heated pool.” The pool was anything BUT heated. It was at best 70-74° and that’s probably being generous. This is however, a common theme at Myrtle Beach properties that advertise their outdoor pools as heated. When it drops to 50° at night and the pool is left uncovered, there is no hope of keeping the pool anything but cold. We had full sun, all day, everyday of our stay, and the Atlantic was actually warmer than the pool. I will say, this is one of THE best maintained buildings I have ever stayed in. Everything is impeccably clean in the common areas and the entire place smells great. The security desk staff, the cleaners, and maintenance people were all very friendly and helpful. I would rent here again in a heartbeat!
