Julie’s home is just it is described. I enjoyed the room within the personal balcony and private bathroom. Overall everything was clean, tidy and homely. I just wish there were paper towels and I could find the broom. I wanted to clean up a little more than I was able to. But I would 100% recommend her place to others!

Nice clean three bedroom condo with easy beach access right across the street. The condo is in walking distance to several venues with live music. The unit itself was clean and comfortably equipped. Parking is also easy and convenient. I think it’s a good value, and I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was right across the road from the beach, about a 5 minute walk and the access to the beach has a mat on the sand which made pulling a wagon and cooler so much easier! The house looked exactly like the pictures and had mostly everything we needed, we only had to buy paper towels. The screened in balcony was great since we had young kids with us. We also really liked the screen in entrance to keep our wagon and cooler outside. I would say having a bigger couch with more seating or a pull out sofa would’ve been nice, but no big deal. In all it’s a nice place, Julie was quick to respond to any questions and I would stay here again!

My brother just graduated from Drill Sgt academy — it was a great family get away! Although chilly it was a great stay and perfect walk to the beach across the road! Beds were comfy! We would recommend!

This place was ideal for our golf trip. Three guys with 3 toilets and 2 showers was perfect and it was very close to the rest of our group. Some of our group stayed in a similar condo across the street (ocean side) but paid about double.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to restaraunts,easy beach access,an ocean view balcony and a pool by the beach. The listing was as described. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms – a full bath in master, 1/2 bath in one bedroom & a full bath off the hallway. The laundry room is located off the “mud room” area, with a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked & had an electric stove,coffee pot(Filters and coffee in cabinet) toaster, Fridge(has ice maker), microwave & dishwasher. There is no dining table,only 2 bar stools. Water pressure was great, never ran out of hot water. They had trash bags, dish soap & tabs, sponge,hand soap. They provide a set of hotel sized toiletries (shampooo, conditioner & a tiny bar of soap) in the 2 full baths, so make sure you bring your own. Bring your own TP & paper towels if you will be the more than a couple days, they supply a few rolls. They were super fast to resolve an issue we had & we were very impressed in how swift it was handled.

The place was nice and well stocked. The walking areas were nice enough and the apartment was really nice. My only complaint was the dryer not working and the owner not letting us know ahead of time. It worked out fine eventually but we used the 6 towels for the 6 people sparingly until then. We were able to wash and dry things before we left so we were OK in the end. The dryer is fixed and works great!!! The owners were very responsive and always got right back in touch. We would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Pelican’s Watch was wonderful! From the time we walked through the door to the time we left, we felt at home. It was super clean and comfortable. The access to the beach was closer than expected and convenient and there were several places to rinse off the sand when you were done.
