IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

Details were well-advertised, and Julie was a very responsive host! Room is on the first floor, which is very convenient, but can also be limiting if you’re trying to relax. It’s right near the pools/grills, so it could be loud if it’s crowded. Lucky for us, the resort was not that busy when we went, so it wasn’t a deal breaker Pluses: resort had a multi-level parking garage, so your car stays cool and protected! Resort also has an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, plus a lazy river. It’s right on the beach so you can walk off the deck and into the ocean! It’s conveniently located, close enough to big box stores like Target/Walmart for necessities, but also not too far from quieter locations like Murrell’s Inlet. We got to do a variety of activities and experienced a lot of great restaurants at Myrtle Beach! I thought Julie’s place was a great deal for the location and the room itself! Julie regularly checked in with us and made herself available for any questions.

We had a great time during our stay! My only complaint was that the 1st floor location had cats roaming around at night. I even spotted a raccoon that ran past me, which made me uncomfortable sitting on the patio at night. However, this issue was unrelated to the host. Everything else was great. 🙂

We stayed at Julie’s place for an overnight trip. The room is in an excellent spot—on the ground level with a balcony door that opens directly to the lazy river and outdoor grills. The pool is just a few steps further, making it super convenient for enjoying the amenities. From the balcony, I could sit and watch the lazy river. One heads-up: cell service was nonexistent until we connected to the complex’s Wi-Fi. Once connected, everything worked great, so just be sure to log on when you arrive.

Enjoyed our stay and the room was ready and clean when we arrived. Views and pools were amazing. Julie was very responsive always. Only downside which was not on the owners, opening the sliding doors and getting hit with cat poop scent from the stray cats. Which was bad at the outside pools as well. Other than that all was great. The five stars is well worth it for Julie.

Make sure to request early check in the day before if you need it (I misread and thought it said the day of which left me, my husband, a 7 month old and a 6 year old out in the heat for an hour as we waited for an answer). Overall, it is a nice place and a great location. There are some wear and tear on things like the trashcan and some of the furniture. The Xbox didn’t work but you really can’t beat the location- you go straight out of the deck to the pool and beyond that, is the ocean. Very accessible. Also, the resort has lots of amenities such as 20 pools and a few restaurants.

Wonderful room. When I arrived, I noticed a leak under the bathroom sink and sent an email to Julie. She responded within minutes, and sent someone to come fix it immediately! The TV is huge! Would definitely recommend, and will book again!

The venue was wonderful. The ocean was right outside our door along with a heated pool and heated lazy river. The room was nice. Whoever came before us, however had not cleaned the dishes or the silverware. My husband washed all the dishes. (I don’t know if he washed the silverware.) The fridge defrosted itself while we were there. We tried to keep ahead of it and keep the water mopped up. The ice finally melted. We reported it, but I guess no one was available. We DID enjoy our stay, though. They are very well organized.

The perfect getaway spot local for family and friends!! The price of my stay was worth it!! Lots to do on the back patio!! Several pools , and lazy river!! Lots of grills to cook on if you wanted to cook out!! Tiki bar food and drinks were really good and were a reasonable price!! The beach was a few feet away from the pool!!
