Julie’s place was great thr decor was beautiful felt at home, didn’t have to travel far to go to stores, only thing I disliked was one of the beds was real rusty squeaky but other than that everything was clean and beautiful, the building was renovating so there was a lot of construction but I will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The view was amazing as well as all of the amenities that were offered. We look forward to next time. The only issue we had during our stay was the balcony door being very difficult to open. I’m not sure if that is something that could easily be fixed, but it might be worth addressing. Thank you for offering such a nice and affordable place to stay.

Julie’s place was amazing. We felt right at home. The hotel its self had so many pools, hot tubs. There’s absolutely so much to see there. I just wish we had more time to explore.

This was a very cute place to stay. It was perfect for our last summer vacation. Kids loved it! Hotel was overall great! However, there is a very extensive and specific list of rules listed once booking. A lot of additional fees if you’re trying to check in/out early or later and/or break any rules. It felt a little stressful having to be extra careful in order to avoid being charged anything extra. I would book with Julie again knowing now what to expect when booking.

Our stay at Julie’s was great. The public areas and pools were very clean. Inside, there was no noise from neighbors. The ocean view from the private balcony was beautiful, private, and unblocked. For 6 people in peak season, this booking was an awesome find. The left side queen bed was a bit squeaky but comfortable and clean. All linens and towels were clean. The air conditioner was loud but effective. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work well, causing moisture and lingering smells. The water pressure was good, and we never ran out of hot water. The room could have been cleaner, but we were too tired to contact Julie. We brought our own disinfectant wipes, so it was fine. The $150 security deposit and separate rental agreement surprised me, but it was listed in the description under “Things to Know”. The rules about charges for stained linens and lost key cards caused some anxiety, but they are understandable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would stay again.

We enjoyed our family vacation staying in this condo! The Compass Cove amenties were excellent for my little family of 4 and very kid friendly. The condo itself was a good size and clean. Some of the furniture was dated and one of the beds could be replaced but overall it was a very nice condo. We would definitely stay again! The restaurant on site was awesome and we loved that they had karaoke each evening. The tiki bar was also nice to be able to get a drink while laying by the pool. Parking filled up quick hut there is a parking garage right across the street that is available and convenient. Check in was smooth and host was available for any questions we could’ve had. Location is also great, close enough to boardwalk but far enough away to enjoy the beach without it being packed.

Great location!

We enjoyed our quick little stay in compass cove. The resort is very nice, everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean and well kept. The room was very much like pictured. The couch was so comfortable and the living room very cozy. We didn’t really use the room much, except to sleep and shower, but it was very nice. A few little things I didn’t like was 1. The beds were very hard/firm. Not a good nights sleep for me or my husband at all. 2. One of the beds has something loose near the bottom and makes a really loud noise whenever you move, so we just didn’t use that one. Thankfully, there weren’t many of us and we had that option. 3. There must have been some confusion as we only were given one set of sheets for 3 beds. Thankfully, we were able to use just one bed and my father in law slept in the recliner. 4. I booked this through VRBO not knowing it was through another agency. I had so many emails it was a little much. In my opinion, an overload of information and regulations, I personally wouldn’t book with them again just because I was so worried we forgot to do something just so and were going to be charged out the wazoo for it! I felt like I had to jump through so many hoops after booking this place that I tried to cancel and just find a different one. All that being said, once we got there, everything went smoothly, and we loved the location. Not unhappy with where we stayed, but wasn’t in love with the place either. A good stay I guess.

Great place and was described accurately. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the indoor pool and hottub. Small kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need. What I did not like about the place were the firm mattresses that made lots of noise when you sat on the bed and the cheap scratchy sheets should be replaced. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again if we are in the area.

Julie and her staff responded quickly and the place was very clean. The only issue was one of the beds were very noisy. My daughter is ten and any time she moved during the night the springs made a weird noise and would startle me. Other than that it was very nice.

We had a fantastic time in a perfect room. It had a spectacular view and the place was clean and smelled great. No spots on the covers or pillows and had fresh sheets. We had so many options when it came to the different kind of pools we could go to. There were no bugs thankfully and everything exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be coming back and it was worth every penny. The owner was very helpful in the many questions I asked and never made me feel like a bother. I felt right at home!
