We were so pleased with the unit and with Julie. She guided us through everything. She even checked to make sure we were safe going and leaving. The unit was exactly like the pictures. We actually was going to stay longer, but we couldn’t for we had to get back to my mother. We will be back to this one again. Julie thank you so much for making it so easy to find and easy to enjoy. There is only one thing that was a problem and that was the cookware needs to be updated and cleaned. We love to cook when we go out and so we did. Because of my health we have to. But we throughly enjoyed ourselves. I will never down this unit nor Julie. She is excellent and the unit is as well. Very clear instructions from the beginning to the end. I loved the reminders as well. She reminded us of everything to do before we leave and i loved it. Everything was right there at your need. Try it and you won’t regret it. You might not want to leave. 💜💜💜🧡🧡🧡

Unit 708 is an incredible property with a large sun deck overlooking the ocean—the view alone is worth the stay! The suite itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with access to everything you could want, including the indoor water park that made the trip even more fun. Julie, Lauren, and the entire team were fantastic. They provided clear, helpful instructions that made check‑in a breeze, and the parking structure was easy to navigate with plenty of amenities. I even received recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area, which made exploring effortless and enjoyable. What really stood out was the service from Big Fish Management Company. They went above and beyond, following up to make sure everything Perfext!
