The place is great! We actually were able to talk with the owner about one small issue, but it was quickly corrected. We were also given a special because of our inconvenience. GREAT people to work with and their home was perfect for our short vacation!! This was our second time staying at their place and we all agreed we hope to be back there in the future! Our stay went above and beyond our expectations

Our stay went above and beyond our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach and a beach access point is unbeatable. There are other resorts and luxury style beach homes to rent surrounding area and those tenants were walking blocks to get to the access point that was literally right by this location. The views were impeccable, we were steps away from the beach, and it felt like a home away from home. There were plenty of thoughtful resources inside the condo to help ensure a smooth stay like extra trash bags, Clorox wipes, cleaning supplies, etc. This is a great location for couples, families of 5 (like ours), travel buddies, and more. I appreciate that it caters to a multitude of people. I did a cost analysis on this location/rental versus the surrounding luxury resorts and hotels and you really are getting an incredible value here. Julie was exceptionally communicative before, during, and after our stay, which is something I value. We were sad to leave and will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront rental! The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Waking up and walking straight to the shore was the highlight of our trip. The property is perfectly situated and made our experience feel relaxing and effortless. On top of that, the host was amazing-super responsive, friendly and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay. Communication was quick and seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again! Highly, highly recommended!!!

Beautiful, spotless property with a stunning beach view. There are plenty of shops and ice cream spots just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. The host was incredibly helpful, responding quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions. The price is very reasonable, especially for such a spacious condo. I highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Excellent condo

Excellent condo, well furnished with great views even though the beach itself is blocked from the view due to the boulders. Few seconds to walk to the beach and the beach itself was amazing – less crowded, great water quality etc. Julie was super responsive and helpful in getting checked in. One thing to note: there would be very little flexibility on the terms of your stay. We’d asked if we could extend check out time by an hour or two given our kid’s nap time (which they had no obligation to agree on) and while we knew the condo was empty (as they’d tried to sell us the next day either way), we were offered a cutthroat group of prices. As in, $$ for 1 hour, $$$ for 2 hours etc If you have folks with uncertain needs, something to consider. Felt very corporate-y. But otherwise, great property.

Nice place

Nice place. Beautiful views from both the living room and bedroom. Good shower pressure and fluffy towels. The only comment I have is about the parking passes. They stress using them and returning them, however, the unit did not provide them. The link provided to print them didn’t work. After multiple attempts at communicating this, I gave up. Not an issue in the winter but could be a problem in the summer. Otherwise, it was great place.

Great place to stay. Master bedroom 1/2 bath is extremely small! Be aware. It was very clean and just what we needed. The location was the biggest draw to this condo. I know parking can be an issue as others have stated because of the small parking lot. It wasn’t for us during this time of year, but I’m sure during the summer it could possibly be an issue. The only other thing I would say is the excessive messaging/emails sent by Big Fish rentals. We used them before at another location and actually gave pause about renting this time because of past experience with this issue. Just be aware that the messaging is so very MUCH and not necessary. Really…excessive. NOW…that I got that out, the place is nice for the price and the location is great. It was clean and just what we needed for a quick getaway. We hope to get back next year.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as listed! The view and balcony were amazing! Julie was very responsive to any questions and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants! My only small complaint is we wish there were screens in the sliding glass doors on the balcony so we could have left them open without any bugs coming in. Otherwise amazing! We will definitely be booking with Julie again!
