This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley’s Aquarium. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Maisons Su Mer 1010 at Big Fish Rentals. Morning light drifts across the Atlantic as waves roll steadily below, filling the condo with the soft rhythm of the shoreline. From high above the beach, you can step onto the balcony, breathe in the salt air, and watch the coastline stretch into the distance. Indoors and out, the ocean remains your constant backdrop, shaping a calm, unhurried stay by the water.

The space
Set on the 10th floor, this entire condo offers direct ocean views from the living area and both bedrooms. Two private balconies extend the living space outdoors, creating quiet spots to take in the scenery throughout the day. Inside, the layout balances shared gathering areas with private sleeping spaces, making it comfortable for families or small groups.

Living areas
The living room opens to ocean views and provides seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. A TV and WiFi are available, and climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Large windows keep natural light and the movement of the water always in view.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re planning simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A dining table nearby offers space to sit together, linger over meals, or plan the next day’s activities along the coast.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo includes two bedrooms and a total of four beds. Both bedrooms open to ocean views and balcony access, so the sound of the waves is part of the experience from morning to night. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your stay.

Bathrooms and laundry
Two full bathrooms make shared stays easier, each featuring a bathtub and hot water. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer visits or beach-filled days.

Great accommodations, great location, great week of vacation!! One thing not happy with was getting email from rental agency 12hrs before check in stating “documents not verified”. Check in not confirmed. All of this was confirmed at booking date 3 months in advance. Scrambling at 6am resending all documents needed for “verification” to confirm check in at 4pm. This was unacceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would happily book it again. The views are beautiful, and having three separate balconies provided plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our family was very comfortable throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. The location is also very convenient. Apache Pier is only about a five-minute walk away, and Flip Flops across the street is a great spot for casual dining and seafood. You could really stay at this resort and not have to drive anywhere. The property’s common areas were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. Julie was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and the condo was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is beautiful and love the layout!!! Clean & well equipped. Loved the 3 balconies. The check in process was frustrating. I had filled out the registration form well beforehand, and when I got there the security at the front desk said they didn’t have it and were frustrated, saying that going through Big Fish Rentals is a hassle for them. Julie is very nice. But i had to ask her to send the info again & then checkout it was a bit unclear & the garbage cannot be put into the drop before 8:30. So the front desk disposed of it for us. Overall we loved the condo, but after a 10 hour drive the check in was a bit off putting. I do recommend the condo, just make sure you have all the info for checking in.

We were very impressed with the condo on the beach. The place was just as the pictures described, it was very clean and beautiful. The area was not congested at this time of year which made it like we had our own private beach to take long walks on. Any questions we had, Julie responded immediately. We loved our stay at Maisons-Sur-Mer! The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the layout and closet/storage space, and the view from the balcony provided amazing sunrises. We met a few permanent residents while we were there and everyone was so nice! The only disappointment was that the pool did not seem to be heated, as stated in the listing. Overall had a wonderful vacation and would stay again!

This was an outstanding stay! Julie was incredibly responsive to all questions prior to arrival, as well as detailed instructions for arriving, checking in, parking, etc., which was incredible after a long 12 hour ride from Indiana. The condo was exactly as described, was spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (except a blender), but we were able to grab a cheap one right down the road at Walmart. The facility and the outdoor areas were extremely clean and well-maintained and the key swipe entry and exit at the front of the facility and to the beach, offered a very safe stay. The condo was quiet, with no annoying neighbors to deal with. The balcony(s) were amazing! Equipped with comfortable seating and offered amazing space for the girls to share many laughs as we looked out at the spectacular view of the ocean and Apache Pier. Two seating areas for dining. Furniture and beds were very comfortable…and the walk-in closets and baths…were just wow!

I gave this unit a 5 star review because it met our 3 criteria. It must be clean with comfortable beds and amenities that are reasonable. We are both in our 60’s and if we can’t sleep, vacation isn’t as fun. What I wish I had known is the coffee pot is a Keurig that has basket for the pot and can accommodate single serve pods. It made good coffee. The owner left such considerate items like there were plenty of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and salt/pepper. The towels in the unit are soft and absorbent. There are makeup black wash cloths for your face. I always use deposable ones and thought this was a considerate touch. There is even a lit magnifying mirror in one of the baths. There is a closet with beach chairs, pool noodles and kids buckets and various play items. I could have packed less. The draw backs were there is ONE beach access card and no hot tub. Even with that, we would rent here again.

The condo was a perfect layout with two master suites separated by the living areas. The balcony was deep and had just enough of the furniture you’d want with a table and chairs, a lounge and two bar stool height chairs, and then the other balcony had two rockers. It was a great sunrise view of the beach, building decor was well appointed, the cafe served really good food surprisingly, and the dining room was very pretty with a view.

Paradise is what we needed and paradise was what we got. Julie’s place was easy to find and the security guard we met at the front desk explained everything we needed for our stay and where our condo Julie was very responsive to my anxious questions before hand and was available if we needed her throughout. We were fine though. It was BEAUTIFUL. Just like all the photos. Very clean, smelled very good ( a little overpowering,but it dissipated after a bit). Our young boys loved their shared room and the best part was that the room for my husband and I were clear across the condo do it was like we had our own little separate place! Both rooms had amazing balcony rooms and we woke with the sunrise every morning. We had all we needed…plates, cups, silverware, everything. It was so relaxing, just what we needed after toiling up North for a year and all the stress we’ve endured. Perfect respite. We will definitely be back ♥️ Thank you Julie!

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter holiday 🎊🎊 .. The views are incredible of the sunrise ☀️☀️ .. My fiancé stayed at the Maisons Sur Mer during his teenage years and loved visiting and all the memories this visit brought back to him and loved him sharing them with me! So close to all the places I remembered from visits over 10years ago that I shared with him. Will be back! Julie and her team were great to work with and assisted with all our questions and requests! Truly a fantastic trip and condo! Excellent decor throughout 😍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 – Highly Recommend!!

My fiancé stayed at the Maisons Sur Mer during his teenage years and loved visiting and all the memories this visit brought back to him and loved him sharing them with me! So close to all the places I remembered from visits over 10years ago that I shared with him. Will be back! Julie and her team were great to work with and assisted with all our questions and requests! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Amazing ocean views. Loved the double balcony and large windows. Although the lobby was under renovation, the front desk was still easily accessible. Only recommendation is to take your own paper towels, other than that we had everything we needed! Will definitely be a repeat guest.

What a view!!!

We wanted a great view and we got it! The angle of the balcony from the master bedroom was perfect to see the sunrise in the morning and make sure you get up to see it. Clean, spacious, well stocked condo. Grab some paper towels when you go shopping. That was the only ‘staple’ which is sometimes in a condo which was not in this unit. There is a Krogers a mile away with great hours for your groceries. Huge bonus: The elevator was lightning FAST!! If you have stayed in condos with old slow elevators you know how annoying slow elevators can be. Parking was easy and close to the doors every day. I saw a few people pulled over at a bend in the road 100 yards from the condo so be careful driving there. There is a storm runoff to the beach near the condo so be aware of that after storms if you are going in the ocean.

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay is the best way to describe our experience. The condo looked exactly how pictured. You will not be disappointed. It was our home away from home. Everything we needed was available. The ocean views from the main bedroom/living room/2nd bedroom were amazing! We felt very safe with the building 24 hour security. The breakfast at the cafe was very good. The location was perfect as well – directly across the street from a bar/grill, ice cream shop, general store and beach store. We will definitely visit again.

The condo was neat and clean and the beach front view was beautiful and can be seen from anywhere in the condo. Would definitely return and rent again.

Beautiful condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in perfect condition and looked just like pictures. We loved the large windows and being able to access the balconies from 3 different rooms. Beautiful views and easy to get down to the beach. It did get tricky having teens/adults and 1 key card to get in and out doors and beach. It would have helped us if we had 2 cards. We had such a nice trip!

The perfect vacation!

Our time at Maison Sur-Mer was perfect. The location right on the beach was ideal for our morning walks, the staff was friendly, the owner of our beautiful condo had thought of everything to make the condo updated. The grill and bar at Maison Sur-Mer were outstanding!

Lucked into this beautiful property! Frequent VRBO user. Impeccably clean, decorated classy and uncluttered. Beautiful! Very roomy living areas with both bedrooms having walk in closets! Abundantly stocked with paper goods and kitchen was just perfect. I love this so much I told Julie to let me know when it’s for sale! Easy access to pool and beach and great security. We had a wonderful experience here. The condo is exactly like it is pictured. Beautiful view for a sunrise on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast to the sunrise. We will definitely rent here again.
