This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7


IMPORTANT NOTES:

– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

We loved staying in Julie’s condo

We loved staying in Julie’s condo. The convenience to the beach is unmatched, especially with young children. The condo felt safe and was close to lots of fun things to do. The bed in the primary bedroom could use a mattress topper as it was quite hard, but I understand that can be a personal preference. Julie was very responsive to any messages we sent, which is a big plus. Overall, we would absolutely recommend the property and hope to stay here again next year.

This room was perfect for our family vacation! It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and easy to access everything. Provided everything that was needed! Beds are BEYOND COMFORTABLE. Beautiful view of the ocean. The property offered a lot of things to do, from playing tennis to eating ice cream! Very peaceful even with everyone around. I will most definitely be booking again.

The condo itself was great

The condo itself was great. Very accommodating and clean. Hosts were very responsive. We had dinner at the restaurant on property. It was great. Prices were a lot lower than we thought. That was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was a breeze . However, the pool is a lot smaller than it appears in photos, at no fault of the host the resort itself could put a little more effort into pool maintenance, otherwise we had a great stay.

We absolutely loved the location and the view was beautiful! The condo was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was easy and close to the condo. Communication with Julie from Big Fish Rentals was excellent and questions were always answered promptly. We definitely got our monies worth at $78 a night!! We will definitely book again!!

Very cute place, extremely clean. But it lacked a couple necessities. No paper towel no extra blankets.(went in October. It was a little chilly.) but overall it’s a very nice place to stay.

The private balcony overlooking the water was exactly what we were looking for, hearing the waves crash on the shore while we were sitting in the balcony with a cup of coffee is just priceless. The condo was very clean, easy to access, beautiful decorated and Julie was extremely communicative and great. Thanks you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. Exactly as described. So beautiful to be right on the beach and right near the main attractions. Also, could hear the waves from the bedroom and woke up to the sunrise each morning. Highly recommend walking to Ocean Annie’s Bar for live music, it’s a quick walk on the beach. Next time we will buy beach chairs our first day, it’s $50 to rent chairs and an umbrella, $30 each subsequent day. By no means a negative, just advice for future renters.

Julie’s place was a great find! It was a super cute area that was right on the beach but has on on-site pizza and ice cream shop and a little restaurant on the first floor which is nice if you don’t feel like going out. You can walk to a little set of shops that includes a General Store, ice cream, gift shop, coffee shop, and bar & grill as well. Julie’s place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the ice maker was not working and the rental instructions stated there is an ice machine at the resort and that is not true. Emailed communication was quick, but I went on a wild goose chase for an ice machine after multiple emails back and forth and the front office confirmed that it does not exist. So get ice before you arrive. Other than that small inconvenience it was fabulous.

The cutest condo ever with the most beautiful oceanfront view! I could hear the ocean from the bedroom and slept like a baby! We also loved the ocean view from the balcony. The beach wasn’t crowded and hectic like the south end areas. It was perfect! I wish I had booked it for more days because it was just what my little family needed! It is a safe and fun area, just right for all ages with a variety of restaurants, activities and other amenities right within walking distance! I loved the overall vibes and friendly community too! I also got a chance to play with so many well behaved and adorable fur babies🐶 The host, Julie was the best! She was very responsive and provided us with a very detailed check-in and checkout process! Julie you’re about to be sick of me and my family because we are definitely booking this lovely condo with you again!🤗 If you’re in Myrtle Beach and looking for the perfect place to book, then this is the condo for you! I thought it would be a closed entrance (i.e. hallway) to the condo and it’s not, it’s an open balcony. he couldn’t do it. the condo was clean & the view spectacular!

We stayed in room 921 on the 9th floor. The view was amazing. This will sound kind of weird but the elevator was quick. So getting down to the beach was quick.

It’s as easy as 1,2,3. Those numbers come to mind when I think of my stay at Myrtle Beach and Julie’s place. There were no hidden surprises. My daughter loved the sunrise and sunset when looking out the front or back of Julie’s home. When I later realized I needed one more day added to my stay, Again 1,2,3 I reached out to the contact information and had an answer while on the elevator. If I could inject for a second on some of the reviews I read prior to booking. They talked about or complained about excessive rules: I never felt infringement or uneasy at No-time. Checking in and staying even checking out was 1,2,3. You can’t get any closer to the beach. The sound at night is awesome. Home away from home. Yes” I would stay again. Thank you Julie.
