This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

Cannot beat the location and all the amenities provided. Condo photos are accurate and the place looks as pictured. Owner provides very clear instructions on condo rules. The place itself could use a very thorough deep cleaning, along with some furniture bolts tightened, and gross shower handles replaced. Luckily most time is spent outdoors and we would still go back and rent again.

The home was amazing, it was so peaceful and beautiful. It is an amazing place to stay with family. Julie was so sweet and kind. Whatever we needed, the response time was 10 minutes or less. The building was very close to everything, and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, great experience

Overall, great experience. Julie was very quick to respond to any and all questions. She also was very accommodating. Unit was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything needed to cook in unit, which we did. Having the washer and dryer was def a plus. Great views of ocean. Very minor things we noticed but didn’t take away from a good time had: remote for living room we couldnt get to work with TV even after replacing batteries. Entertainment center doors were loose/needed new screws. Would recommend and stay again.

Our family had to book an AirBnB last minute to escape an ice storm. Booking with Julie was quick, easy and painless. Julie was incredibly quick to respond to any questions & extremely kind. Julie was also very sweet & responsive to any concerns I had after arrival & made me feel at ease staying there. As for the unit, it was spacious, bright, clean & had an awesome view! We stayed primarily in the unit due to cold weather, & had plenty to do between board games & 4 smart TV’s. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils & other items. It was a relief as we cooked every night. The washer/dryer combo was perfect. It also other extras for beach trips if needed. (Even flippers, tested by my daughter 😊) I loved the fireplace heater. The building lends easy access to the unit & the ice machine is right outside the door. It also has multiple pools between the 3 buildings at the resort, both indoor & outdoor. Parking was a walk, but not unreasonable.

The view from the condo is gorgeous! It’s a great beach vacay spot, especially with kids. We enjoyed the heated pools and lazy river both outdoors and indoors. It was the perfect beach vacation in cold weather (November). It would have been helpful to know that basic kitchen and cleaning supplies are NOT provided. No napkins, paper towels, wipes, dishwashing detergent, or laundry detergent. Also no basics likes spices or olive oil. There are two dish towels and a few rolls of TP- that’s it. We brought all our own food but had to go back to the stores Day 1 for these basics. In my experience, one of the advantages of AirBnBs is some amount of these essentials are provided. Still a 5-star stay and we’d love to go back.

The place was great. Very reasonably priced for a 3 br. I’d say we’d stay here again, but I doubt we’ll ever be back to MB. We were just there for my step daughter’s wedding. However, we had some of my husband’s family over our final night there (they were there from CA & KS) and his other daughter said when she comes back, she would definitely stay here. Too bad it rained 75% of the time we were there. Oh well. I liked the connecting bathroom to one of the bedrooms, that was nice. I kept forgetting where it was, kept thinking it was a closet. lol. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Pool after pool after pool. Plus all of the lazy rivers and hot tubs… what more could you ask for?? Just stay here!! And Julie is so nice. I messed up the codes because I was tired and she helped me, but didn’t treat me like I was stupid. I really appreciated that. 10 stars!!!!!!!

Second time at Baywatch resort but first staying in a unit of Julie’s and it was very nice just as pictures stated. A few small blemishes or tears on furniture from previous quests but nothing that caused us any harm or made the furniture unusable. We had a great time and will book a unit again!!! Thank you for great hospitality!!!

There was a closet full of fun beach times and the condo itself was fully equipped with everything you need on vacation! The resort and condo were both very clean. The rental was great for our crew! We had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The kitchen had everything we needed and the resort offered all the amenities we could ask for. The space was nicely decorated and there were tons of. games to the kids to enjoy. Would definitely make a return visit.

The place was great! It had a Great view, especially when you wake up. The resort was great as well. It was nice having so many options for pools and lazy rivers. It was in a great location. Everything we did was close by, the furthest we had to drive was 30 minutes. It was nice to be able to just walk downstairs and be on the beach. Communication with the host was easy and fast. We only really have two cons. The beds were not the greatest my husband and I woke up with back aches every morning. We also feel like after staying there the price for only 3 nights including all the fees was a little steep. We asked friends of ours that come here often and who also rent out places in other locations said that was a expensive. Overall it was enjoyable and was nice to be able to take our friends here for their spring break.

Stunning views from the condominium of the oceanfront property. The resort was fabulous and had great dining options. The grounds were kept very clean by the property management. I observed workers cleaning throughout the day and night. Security was always present on the property. All guests were required to wear bands to enjoy the amenities to keep it private. The outdoor amenities were amazing and the pools were kept very pristine. When we arrived we were able to park and unload and gain instant access to the property which was very nice. This was our first experience with an Airbnb and in the future I think we will be ditching hotels and using Airbnb for all our future stays.

Great location, right on the beach, loved the indoor lazy river. Great board games and some beach items on hand. There was a piece on the side of the master bathroom tub that I noticed so I sent a picture to notify and they were pleasant in their response. I only had. 1 issue which I was notified about after the checkout was a stain on of the beds. It was the fault of one of my daughters which I didn’t realize had happened, but I’m happy to pay it. It was a great stay , we really enjoyed it.

Great place! A great size for our family of 6 plus a toddler, and everything was clean, quality, and organized. We felt like we had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen for cooking meals. The view of the ocean was amazing, and this resort is a great option for families with children.

Everything was nice just wish we could of gotten more parking passes and one of the blankets wasn’t washed and the dishes when we arrived some was not clean but other then that the place was nice had games for everyone to play with easy access to the tv and they where very responsive when asking questions.

If you come to myrtle beach a lot you know a lot of buildings are a bit outdated. BUT Julie’s place inside is modern, newly renovated, clean and overall a great place to stay. The view is amazing (specifically sunrises). The resort has heated indoor pools that are great for the colder months. Overall, I would recommend it and would stay again.
