The air b&b was perfect for 2 couples. The view was beautiful and sitting outside on the balcony listening to the ocean was my favorite. It was very clean and I loved the beach decor. We had a few minor things happen and Julie was quick to respond and maintenance was timely. My only recommendation would be for the building management to notify air b&b owners about planned construction. Unfortunately our very first day we were woken up at 7am with loud drilling and pounding and this continued all day for our whole stay. I understand this is out of the air b&b owners control but it is something I would’ve wanted to know prior to booking. Regardless, we had a great stay and will be back!

Our stay at Ocean Pier was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it had every amenity to make our trip convenient. The full kitchen was great, laundry in the condo made a huge difference. The absolute best location. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful ocean views from TWO balconies. Julie made check-in a breeze and was always just an email away. We will definitely be back.

first and foremost the place was amazing kind of retro there’s a lot of old ’80s and 90s stuff that is thrown around the house I don’t know if it’s done on purpose or if it’s just coincidental but it was cool kind of like a back to the Future Beach vacation. that being said there was a little bit of a mess coming in little dust on the floors and some dirty foil cookware in the microwave and somewhat of a little bit of a smell which I think had to do with the refrigerator but overall I recommend this spot to anyone the messiness wasn’t anything that 30 minutes of extra cleaning when we got there couldn’t take care of beds are comfortable showers are great washer and dryer in the unit right on the beach and there’s a pool I recommend this to anyone and I will gladly stay there again thanks again miss Julie you are awesome

This location was perfect for a quick family vacation before kids leave to go back to school. Location was great with lots of great restaurants and shopping! Great view of the ocean and just a few steps away from the beach. She PTO fed everything from linens to cookware, toiletry items. Updated appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. We have always loved staying at any of Julie’s locations. We will be back!

Host communicated very well and check in/out process was very easy. Place was very peaceful and had nice people. Definitely was a good place to stay.

location was great and access to beach perfect. We didn’t feel the cleaning was up to par and some items very outdated or missing such as rusted medicine cabinets, rusted master shower and dirty shower curtain and dirty under bathroom cabinets, we had some fruit fly issues and got vinegar at the store to clean counters and drains to help. Living room chairs smelled of dogs a little since they do accept pets. and vinyl couch was peeling and shedding on our clothes when we sat on it just needs a few minor things replaced and it would be perfect

We were in extremely happy with Julie’s condo. We traveled for the first time with our little one, and it was perfect. The stairs were easy to go up and down with all our stuff, the beach is literally steps away, and the pool was great. A baby gate was assessable in the master closet, there wasn’t a bunch of items to keep away from toddler hands, the tub in the hallway bathroom was perfect for her baths, and I felt really good about letting our little play on the deck. From parents of a toddler to anyone else looking for a kid friendly place, we highly recommend.

We took my son and a friend on vacation to celebrate him graduating a year early. The condo view of the ocean is amazing. Julie was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. It was clean even though it did have a smell when we first walked in, like it had been closed up for awhile. It does need some maintenance. But it did not brother us as we were there for the beach so we only spent nights in the condo. If you go looking for silverware look in the drawer by the stove close to the coffee pot. For the price, we couldn’t beat it. We will definitely be back.

Host was amazing and responded instantly which was a great comfort/help. Quiet and peaceful area, and beach was so wonderful. Condo was spacious and lots of light. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. We went in off season so it was literally us, and we had a condo right on first floor and parked right below. Would note that paneling on most walls pealing off really bad as I even caught my clothing on when walking through hallway, ac/heat units very loud, and I had to clean floors when we got there, along with the bathtub. Great place, location, and our host was top notch. Would just be careful of little ones and allergies with the extra moisture with the paneling walls. Loved the view, comfortable beds, and easiest access to the beach. Great place for our college softball stay.

everything was great. no complaints. the rental agency was a bit stringent and the rules are pretty excessive, but that’s not Julie’s fault. as long as you follow them all to a T it shouldn’t be a problem. they do require a $300 security deposit which I didn’t realize when I booked. so just a heads up on that.

We had a wonderful experience and stay here! It had a gorgeous view from the balcony, its foot steps from the beach, and everything was very clean! As a single Mother, traveling with two little ones, I was so happy to feel safe and sound here and in North Myrtle Beach in general. This was a great location, in a very safe, family oriented area with everything you could need and so many fun activities close by. Julie and her team were great! Very responsive, friendly, and professional.
