The best host I’ve had coming to Myrtle, stayed in Julie’s rentals for the last 2 years when visiting and everything has been perfect and she is quick to respond. The location is great, you have everything you need there at the hotel and don’t have to leave for anything if you don’t want. Restaurants, and convenience store all on site. Had a hassle free stay and loved it! Thank you guys!

Julie was great and so is this place! The floors and surfaces were spotless and no trace of sand on bare feet, which is pretty hard to do at the beach. The linens were nice and clean and the sofa bed pulled out nicely. Plenty of bathroom supplies and set out nicely. Julie was very prompt in answering any questions I had and I would very much recommend giving this place a stay!

This unit was so cute and the location was amazing! The balcony was a big hit for us and the restaurants within walking distance were good. I would say I think it just needs one deep clean to really sparkle. You can tell the building is just old, but I had no problems at all 😊

There are many resorts in Myrtle Beach

There are many resorts in Myrtle Beach. I ALWAYS stay at The Sand Dunes. Cannot beat the amenities offered here: convenience store, pizza shop, ice cream shop, small arcade, fancy coffee shop, lazy river, walk up beach bar, pool and ocean within steps and THE VIEW-peaceful, quiet, relaxing. You will not be disappointed!

Beach view perfect. Pool good but we spent most time on beach. Room just as pictured. Simplicity was wonderful. It was difficult for us to get used to the getting into the room but figured it out. One would be ok with no rental car. Restaurants nearby, could have foods and supplies delivered if want. Staff in the hotel were friendly. Coffee shop and eats in building. Laundry facilities on first floor. Parking convenient.Only complaint, we had to buy a broom. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

A Perfect Stay from Check-In to Check-Out. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the ocean view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Julie and her team definitely delivered on all levels from the planning of my stay til the end of my stay. Everything was just the way it was advertised! The room is great with an even better view. Everything you could want to do is within 10 minutes. 10/10 bang for buck. Tip: Drift = Amazing/relaxing breakfast/brunch. As well as, New York Prime is the best steakhouse ten minutes down the road. $$$$ but worth the celebration.

Me and husband absolutely loved this spot and highly recommend this area and room!! This was our first time using Airbnb and also our honeymoon and we loved it! We didn’t have any troubles with the room, Julie responded when I needed her which was only for checking in and out! She’s very kind and an amazing host, if we decide to come to Myrtle next year like we usually do every October we are most definitely booking this room again if it’s just me and my husband! But I recommend yall book with this amazing lady!👍❤️

Julie’s place was just as described. Very clean and right on the beach. Pool is right outside the building as well. The area is full of thing to do all within a 15 min drive. There is a restaurant and beach bar at the hotel as well.

Me and my fiancé had just checked out of another Air BNB but was not ready to leave Myrtle Beach just yet. We searched for something oceanfront but still affordable, and that’s what we found with Julie’s spot! Could’ve been a day of price but regardless it was just what we needed. Perfect oceanfront, king bed, and a spacious studio. It was a little wait on the elevator but it was to be expected. The resort has a breakfast buffet 7-1p for $12.99 which included typical breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, cereal, donuts, etc) but still better and cheaper than going to any of the many pancakes houses. Beach was crowded but still places to pitch an umbrella or lay out on your towel. If you walk a little further down you can find less people and more open area. Two parking garages. Everyone was friendly. Good drinks, bar food, & delicious Italian ice! Good place for family or just a getaway for two! Will book again next year.

We’ve stayed at another hosts unit in this same building and loved it so much we said we would find a room this time around as well! Condo was as pictured, right on the beach with easy access and wash stations. Pool was amazing as well. Condo is located near the boardwalk, restaurants, broadway at the beach, and grocery stores. Everything is very convenient. The only issue we had was with our linens upon arrival, which is probably the fault of the cleaners, not the host. But our comforter had a…*stain*…on it upon arrival. However, host was quick to respond and there were more clean linens in the closet and it was an easy fix for us. Host was apologetic and we changed the sheets and moved on! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this host!

The condo is really cute. Very beachy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We watched the sun rise every morning. We had a wonderful time. It was difficult to leave and come home. The resort itself is kept spotless and the beaches are cleaned nightly. This is a great place to relax.

We were very pleased with everything that the host had to offer. However, just a heads up. A few things that are totally out of their hands. The parking was horrible. Very tight spaces in the parking deck. Trucks and SUVs will struggle is crowded Also, we found that the single elevator was more convenient for the room. Out of the three elevators behind the desk, only one was working. The restaurants were great and had friendly service. Other than the parking situation, this was still a great place to stay and we recommend it. We’ll most likely be using again in the future.
