Julie was great and so is this place

Julie was great and so is this place! The floors and surfaces were spotless and no trace of sand on bare feet, which is pretty hard to do at the beach. The linens were nice and clean and the sofa bed pulled out nicely. Plenty of bathroom supplies and set out nicely. Julie was very prompt in answering any questions I had and I would very much recommend giving this place a stay!

This unit was so cute and the location was amazing

This unit was so cute and the location was amazing! The balcony was a big hit for us and the restaurants within walking distance were good. I would say I think it just needs one deep clean to really sparkle. You can tell the building is just old, but I had no problems at all 😊

There are many resorts in Myrtle Beach

There are many resorts in Myrtle Beach. I ALWAYS stay at The Sand Dunes. Cannot beat the amenities offered here: convenience store, pizza shop, ice cream shop, small arcade, fancy coffee shop, lazy river, walk up beach bar, pool and ocean within steps and THE VIEW-peaceful, quiet, relaxing. You will not be disappointed!

Love the stay, even recommended my parents

Love the stay, even recommended my parents. Beautiful view, very peaceful and the hotel was overall nice. Julie was very responsive, she let me know about work being done the day before. Any questions I had she answered. Overall 10/10 experience ☀️🌊

Beach view perfect

Beach view perfect. Pool good but we spent most time on beach. Room just as pictured. Simplicity was wonderful. It was difficult for us to get used to the getting into the room but figured it out. One would be ok with no rental car. Restaurants nearby, could have foods and supplies delivered if want. Staff in the hotel were friendly. Coffee shop and eats in building. Laundry facilities on first floor. Parking convenient.Only complaint, we had to buy a broom. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.
Great stay

This was by far the easiest reservation I have ever made. Instructions were clear and everything was just as it was supposed to be. We enjoyed our stay and will be back to rent with Julie again
— Jessica
We love every minute of our Labor Day get away. It was a nice place to stay for the two of us, Julie was very nice and helpful when it came to anything. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and had an amazing view. Julie also gave us recommendations on places to go eat and things to go do. Everywhere we went to eat or go do was close to our place. It was a great time.
— Chandler Marcus
very nice condo, matched the pictures, clean, and private. it’s a big building, but very easy to locate the room. super comfy and great view of the beach! quiet room and condos, very close to lots of activities and great restaurants also. the price was amazing as well. 10/10 will be staying again 🙂
— Christina
A Perfect Stay from Check-In to Check-Out. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the ocean view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. The pool area was pristine, the on-site restaurant served fresh and flavorful meals, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the sand and waves within minutes.
— Danny Peoples
Always love booking with Julie she’s has amazing prices, clean and beautiful rentals! Always as pictured and described.
— Karen
Nice place, beautiful, beach front ocean view. Condo had everything that we needed
— Antoinette
Great place , had a beautiful view it’s a perfect little get away. I will definitely book again. Thanks Julie for having me .
— Jamille
The room is great with an even better view. Everything you could want to do is within 10 minutes. 10/10 bang for buck. Tip: Drift = Amazing/relaxing breakfast/brunch. As well as, New York Prime is the best steakhouse ten minutes down the road. $$$$ but worth the celebration.
— Phillip
Great view, very quiet at night, and it was nice to have beach access everyday
— Jeremy
Julie and her team definitely delivered on all levels from the planning of my stay til the end of my stay. Everything was just the way it was advertised! She was very respectful and made sure everything was what I needed to enjoy my time. When I arrived I parked my car and my car stayed in same spot til I left basically explaining the location needs… everything you need is there at the place or short walk. Thanks again!
— Daniel
Great place to stay, felt just like home, would definitely stay here again!
— Logan
Great host with multiple rentals. Have rented multiple times with them and never had an issue. The room was just as advertised with a great restaurant. Will definitely stay again in the future!
— Thomas
Easy to get to and check in. Not far from every where we went to. Great little place
— Carl
Me and husband absolutely loved this spot and highly recommend this area and room!! This was our first time using Airbnb and also our honeymoon and we loved it! We didn’t have any troubles with the room, Julie responded when I needed her which was only for checking in and out! She’s very kind and an amazing host, if we decide to come to Myrtle next year like we usually do every October we are most definitely booking this room again if it’s just me and my husband! But I recommend yall book with this amazing lady!👍❤️
— Alexis
Always a great experience when staying at one of Julie’s places. Studio was clean with all the amenities you could need.
— Beth

— Jazmin
Great stay!! Responds quickly! Would stay again!
— Lily
Julie’s place was just as described. Very clean and right on the beach. Pool is right outside the building as well. The area is full of thing to do all within a 15 min drive. There is a restaurant and beach bar at the hotel as well.
— Ashley
Enjoyed my stay
— Gypsey
Me and my fiancé had just checked out of another Air BNB but was not ready to leave Myrtle Beach just yet. We searched for something oceanfront but still affordable, and that’s what we found with Julie’s spot! Could’ve been a day of price but regardless it was just what we needed. Perfect oceanfront, king bed, and a spacious studio. It was a little wait on the elevator but it was to be expected. The resort has a breakfast buffet 7-1p for $12.99 which included typical breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, cereal, donuts, etc) but still better and cheaper than going to any of the many pancakes houses. Beach was crowded but still places to pitch an umbrella or lay out on your towel. If you walk a little further down you can find less people and more open area. Two parking garages. Everyone was friendly. Good drinks, bar food, & delicious Italian ice! Good place for family or just a getaway for two! Will book again next year.
— Nigel
Very nice place to stay, very clean loved that it was on the 5th floor (scared of heights) easy and helpful booking! We will definitely be back!
— Alicia
Julie’s place was perfect, right on the beach w/ amazing views. The check in was easy & smooth. Although I wish check out was a little later, without the extra fees , but other than that everything was as described. 10/10 👍🏽
— Onesha
Literally no complaints it was peaceful fun and even the people around were overall nice and sweet
— Vanesa
The condo is really cute. Very beachy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We watched the sun rise every morning. We had a wonderful time. It was difficult to leave and come home. The resort itself is kept spotless and the beaches are cleaned nightly. This is a great place to relax.
— Chris
We were very pleased with everything that the host had to offer. However, just a heads up. A few things that are totally out of their hands. The parking was horrible. Very tight spaces in the parking deck. Trucks and SUVs will struggle is crowded Also, we found that the single elevator was more convenient for the room. Out of the three elevators behind the desk, only one was working. The restaurants were great and had friendly service. Other than the parking situation, this was still a great place to stay and we recommend it. We’ll most likely be using again in the future.
— David
Stay was great
— Tom
My family had the best time staying at Julie’s!! It looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean! Julie was very responsive and gave very clear instructions on checking in and checking out. Would definitely stay here again!
— Lindsey
We’ve stayed at another hosts unit in this same building and loved it so much we said we would find a room this time around as well! Condo was as pictured, right on the beach with easy access and wash stations. Pool was amazing as well. Condo is located near the boardwalk, restaurants, broadway at the beach, and grocery stores. Everything is very convenient. The only issue we had was with our linens upon arrival, which is probably the fault of the cleaners, not the host. But our comforter had a…*stain*…on it upon arrival. However, host was quick to respond and there were more clean linens in the closet and it was an easy fix for us. Host was apologetic and we changed the sheets and moved on! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this host!
— Shayna
Great stay. No complaints and all. I would book again.
— Patrick
We had a great time! Awesome place!!
— Chad
Julie and her team made sure we knew and had everything we needed! I would DEFINITELY book again!!!!

— Galanda

— Barbara
Good stay as expected
— Caleb
The address was very easy to find. Great accommodations. Private balcony right on the beach. Easy to walk or drive. So much to do but when you were ready to call it a night, it was peaceful away from all that was going on. Had a great time and would stay again. Highly recommended. Bob & Peggi Ennis
