This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room, so we kindly request that you treat it with the same care as you would your own home.

You won’t need to check in at the front desk as the door is managed by a code lock. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival in the welcome email, sparing you from waiting in long check-in lines.

Your stay comes with linens for the beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from the lifeguards.

Please note that daily maid service is not included since this is not part of the hotel. However, if you’d like daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Had a great time. Great location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen had everything we would need. Furniture, walls and baseboards were all very scuffed. As long as you do not mind that its perfect. My only small issue is there is no broom or vacuum for an entirely tile condo it was hard to clean sand off the floor. Washer and dryer worked well amazing views. Would stay again.

The condo was as advertised, clean and spacious. Communication with the host was was great with quick responses. Parking is great and across the street. Condo is within walking distance of Family Kingdom. Access to the beach was a big plus.

It’s literally steps to the beach, the food in the area is great. Julie at Big fish was amazing throughout the whole process, from booking, the stay and the day of check out. We would highly recommend if your looking for a great place to visit mrtyle beach, then Julie and big fish are your best choice, for an amazing place to stay and with some of the most amazingly beautiful beaches views. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Julie for everything, this was the best birthday & 20th anniversary trip ever ❤️

Amazing views! The pools were nice and well maintained. Easy beach access. Walking distance to Familh Kingdom. The host responded immediately to any of the messages. The beds were a little uncomfortable, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and extra blankets. The air conditioner works GREAT! We brought extra towels from home, I recommend doing that because not a lot are included. Parking was free and convenient. The unit needs a little bit of deep cleaning but it was not nasty, we didn’t see any bugs at all! Big plus for a beach condo. We would definitely return here! Perfect for families!

The listing was as described and in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance to so much stuff that we didn’t need to an Uber the whole time. I could not say enough good things about the location. It was so nice to be able to see and hear the waves/water from the bedroom, living area, and even the bathroom. I took a bath in the jacuzzi tub and could see the ocean. Washer/dryer was functional and very appreciated. 2 pods were provided for both laundry and dishwasher. Overall the property was in great condition and would definitely stay again.We had a few hiccups with checking in and checking out but nothing that would keep me from staying again.

The place was great. The security staff profiled and was unprofessional. The security randomly stopped people and asked if they were residents. A system should be in a place to ensure and equitable process. My daughter is a lawyer and recognized the violations.

We stayed Sun-Sat and the hotel was exactly as expected. It was clean and check in was easiest I’ve ever had. Pools were clean and hotel was pretty quiet. Will definitely book next time.

The view is amazing. Great location. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. In mid March the pools were well heated. The condo was generaly clean but there was some sand on the floors when we arrived. We had a great time. The balacony was awesome.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described., The balcony over looking the beach was perfect for morning coffee.The location was ideal check-in and check-out was seamless. Great room for the rate. Loved the two balconies as well as the beautiful master suite. Unbelievable views! Love the check in process and not having to deal with the front desk. Was concerned about getting our deposit back after reading reviews but had zero problems – we documented any previous damages but it wasnt necessary. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room, amazing views! Was skeptical after reading reviews online of deposits being kept and a dirty room- but was pleasantly surprised! We followed the owners requests – which helps make sure the room stays nice for future guests and documented any existing damages. Had no issues with our deposit. Great communication with the host from the very beginning- would definitely recommend! Excellent rate for a nice room. Our only complaints would be towards the inconsiderateness of other guests in leaving trash around the resort and lots of weed smoke. Neither the fault of the owner or resort- be better people! Would stay here again!

Julie was proactive about communicating and provided a ton of info up front. I did not have to reach out to ask a single question. The place was easy to find, super clean, had all the amenities listed. There’s a private balcony off the master bedroom and another balcony off the living room, which was perfect for our “Mamas quiet weekend away” we had planned. A book, cup of coffee, and that VIEW! As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a bit of wear on cabinetry and things like that… I imagine there’s a reason the contract is as thorough as it is. I don’t care even a little bit about things like that, so they still get 5 stars from me. Overall great experience, there was nothing I went there wanting that I didn’t get. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great overall, I do think that more pillows could be provided on the beds as people usually sleep with more than one pillow but based on reviews I brought my own. Also their is a lot of rules and guidelines but I can understand why to keep the property up it’s important to have those rules.
