Notes
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room, so we kindly request that you treat it with the same care as you would your own home.

You won’t need to check in at the front desk as the door is managed by a code lock. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival in the welcome email, sparing you from waiting in long check-in lines.

Your stay comes with linens for the beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from the lifeguards.

Please note that daily maid service is not included since this is not part of the hotel. However, if you’d like daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Enjoy the resort’s amenities, including indoor heated pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor lazy river, and convenient ice and vending machines. You’ll have full access to all of these facilities.

The property was nice. The only complaint was that there were not enough pans and baking supplies. If you are planning on cooking you may want to consider bringing your own if you can. Property manger very easy to communicate with.

The place was great. The security staff profiled and was unprofessional. The security randomly stopped people and asked if they were residents. A system should be in a place to ensure and equitable process. My daughter is a lawyer and recognized the violations.

We stayed Sun-Sat and the hotel was exactly as expected. It was clean and check in was easiest I’ve ever had. Pools were clean and hotel was pretty quiet. Will definitely book next time.

Family spring break

The view is amazing. Great location. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. In mid March the pools were well heated. The condo was generaly clean but there was some sand on the floors when we arrived. We had a great time. The balacony was awesome.

My stay at Julies Big Fish rental’s place was fantastic! The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described., The balcony over looking the beach was perfect for morning coffee.The location was ideal check-in and check-out was seamless. Excellent quality for the money!

Great room for the rate. Loved the two balconies as well as the beautiful master suite. Unbelievable views! Love the check in process and not having to deal with the front desk. Was concerned about getting our deposit back after reading reviews but had zero problems – we documented any previous damages but it wasnt necessary. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room, amazing views! Was skeptical after reading reviews online of deposits being kept and a dirty room- but was pleasantly surprised! We followed the owners requests – which helps make sure the room stays nice for future guests and documented any existing damages. Had no issues with our deposit. Great communication with the host from the very beginning- would definitely recommend! Excellent rate for a nice room. Our only complaints would be towards the inconsiderateness of other guests in leaving trash around the resort and lots of weed smoke. Neither the fault of the owner or resort- be better people! Would stay here again!

Julie was proactive about communicating and provided a ton of info up front. I did not have to reach out to ask a single question. The place was easy to find, super clean, had all the amenities listed. There’s a private balcony off the master bedroom and another balcony off the living room, which was perfect for our “Mamas quiet weekend away” we had planned. A book, cup of coffee, and that VIEW! As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a bit of wear on cabinetry and things like that… I imagine there’s a reason the contract is as thorough as it is. I don’t care even a little bit about things like that, so they still get 5 stars from me. Overall great experience, there was nothing I went there wanting that I didn’t get. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great overall, I do think that more pillows could be provided on the beds as people usually sleep with more than one pillow but based on reviews I brought my own. Also their is a lot of rules and guidelines but I can understand why to keep the property up it’s important to have those rules. Overall property is beautiful, the view is beautiful, it’s clean & spacious.
