The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Julie was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions when asked. The check-in instructions were wonderfully laid out for us for an easy check-in. Parking was a bit confusing due to multiple parking decks, but once figured out was easy to navigate where to go. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and wonderful beach views.

The place was exactly as described. We had a small issue with a door lock, but maintenance was sent the very next day and it was quickly fixed. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. The location is excellent, and overall it was definitely worth staying there.

After a long drive, this air bnb was the perfect place to rest at for a few days. Elevator access close to main lobby and only a short walk from there. Beautiful balcony view and very clean overall. All the places I planned on going were within a 20 minute drive in every direction. Very short walk to the beach and I’ll definitely be coming back to this resort some day.

This place was a surprise with the ocean view. Great response from host. Only issue was remote in living room was lost. It was so nice to not have to check-in with resort and to be able to go straight to the condo. Check in and check out instructions were clear.

If you’re looking for a great comfy place to enjoy the beach I highly recommend to stay at Sand Dunes. For the last 7 years we always take a trip down to Myrtle Beach for our summer family vacation. Since I booked the place Julie was really responsive! Once we arrived to our reserved room it was very clean and just like the pictures. Beautiful view to the ocean and enjoyed the amenities. Walking distance to the beach just 2 minutes! The staff in the resort was really helpful and the experience was amazing! I will definitely love to book here again for our next summer vacay!!! Thank you 😊

The Condo unit was in a great location. The place definitely could have used a few more pot and pan with lids that aren’t broken off. A few sharp knifes, and definitely more than one kitchen towel. There were also no oven Mitts To take the lid off a hot pot.

Nice condo, good location

The condo was clean. Had ocean view. Fairly quiet for being at the beach because you are not in the main part of the beach. My only downside was that we went for bike week. I booked because it had a parking garage. This way if it rained the bikes would be covered. When we arrived, we noticed signs that say no trailers, no mopeds and no motorcycles (on the property) not just in the parking garage.

Comfortable condo with 2 full size beds. Kitchen has the basics. Need to bring paper towels, napkins etc. Living room is spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer. Bathroom has what is needed. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The condo and the views were amazing! The place was a little hard to find, I could not locate the south tower. The amenities are as described and the condo just like the pictures. The kitchen is equipped but to the bare minimum, there was only a few forks left to eat our food. There was a lot of sand on the balcony therefore it’s very difficult not to bring it all in. Bed was not super comfortable to be honest, but worth it for the view.

Great getaway. First time to Myrtle Beach, traveled with twin 17 year olds. Loved the location, balcony view was perfect. Spacious enough for us to all spread out and be comfortable. Washing machine and dryer in the unit a huge plus for me. Very diverse group of people at this resort also a huge plus for me. From room to beach 3 min walk or less!! If you like to watch shows make sure to bring your apple tv, fire stick or whatever you use to access your tv apps

everything was perfect place looked as pictured and the food inside was amazing at the avas pizzeria n my littles liked there chickenstrips at the at bar pool was clean . loved the ocean view it was near everything. only thing that was annoying is parking.. but the lobby and all was super clean when i come back differently staying here or atleast at one of Julie’s properties
