This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The condo beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Julie was great with answers to my questions and keeping in touch with me. Although my experience with Airbnb wasn’t ideal, Julie and her rental were perfect. I stay at Beach Cover 6-8 times a year and this was by far the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. There were plenty of linens, paper needs, travel shampoo and conditioner along with hand soap in both the bathroom and kitchen. The property is beautiful with heated pools, hot tubs and on the beach. The view from the room is breathtaking. Beach Cove was doing some renovations when we arrived which made getting in and out of the lobby area difficult but that was out of Julie’s control. Definitely giving this stay 5 stars! I would rent this room again!

Decided very last minute to do a quick getaway…the next day. Julie was very quick with her responses and we were set up quickly to check in the next day. Love the easy check in and parking passes were sent directly to us so we didn’t have to visit the front desk for anything at all. Everything was so quick & easy!

We had a fun time at Julie’s condo at The Beach Cove. I liked that this unit is privately owned. We enjoyed the beautiful beachfront view. The pools and hot tubs were a pleasure and we loved using them. There were shady spots as well as plenty of sunny spots available to lounge in around the pools. The beaches were pristine!

Great ocean view condo and easy access to the beach! Short drive to local stores, and restaurants. We were at the beach for most of our stay but also enjoyed the hot tubs and pools. The beds were a bit firm for my liking. The kitchen though small we made good use of it for breakfast.

This is a nice cozy condo with a spectacular beachfront view. The entire building is dated, but there isn’t much you can do about that. Everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful. The space appears exactly as the pictures show. The room is simple and provides everything it says it does in the listing. Parking is close and conveniently located for easy access to the lobby. All the information needed is provided before hand with detailed communication via email. I would stay here again, and recommend Julie’s listings. She was prompt with all responses and answered all my questions. Thank you for the nice place to stay for a quick much needed getaway!

Great location, clean unit

We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with this unit overall. The instructions helpful and the unit was ready on time, as promised. It was clean and well stocked with normal wear and tear. There were a few negatives, most of which were out of the control of the rental. Beach Cove in under rennovation so there was a lot of construction going on and only 1 working elevator, which was inconvenient (stairs were not an option due to a recent back injury). The mattresses were suitable, but not typical of a hotel room (more firm, not padded). For a short stay, this was a great property and a wonderful location. I have to say that the communication with the property manager was exceptional. Very responsive–greatly appreciated. Would rent again (as long as construction was finished). Nice unit!

All as good as expected for the price only draw back was multiple pools and lazy river closed and outside construction but that was beyond hosts control fortunately the weather was great to be outside all days. We would return.

Nice Rental

I had a very relaxing time at this condo. Condo was clean and in very nice condition. The ocean front balcony on a lower floor allows one to better experience the ocean waves and sounds. I woke up each morning to the sun rising over the ocean. Well kept facility with pools / hot tubs. Easy booking process with fantastic communication throughout. Everyone was so friendly. There is no oven or dishwasher for those that care. But, the stovetop, toaster, refrigerator and microwave were more than enough for me. Condo was fully stocked with everything else I needed. I hope to come back again some day.

This is our second staying with Julie. Last time it was during the hurricane, this time it was perfect, close to everything, incredible view of ocean. So thankful we were on the 4th floor, when one of elevators went down, we could manage the steps😃hoping to book with Julie next year❤️
