This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Wonderful stay. Room was nice. Julie was very responsive when I had questions. The only complaints I had was I had to wash every dish I used because they were still dirty even though they were in the cabinet, the doorknob in the bathroom was also broken and wouldnt lock but not a big deal. But overall the experience was wonderful and my host was awesome.

Yo sé que el anfitrión no tiene responsabilidad de esto pero al intentar entrar el código del mes no abría la puerta y muchas personas fuera, cuando alguien salió pudimos entrar al edifico y luego analizando con mi familia colocamos el del mes que pasó y ese funcionó. Great condo and exactly as described. All pools were clean and warm in April. Plenty of loungers and places to sit on the pool deck. The ocean view from the living room was amazing and outdoor seating for three was perfect. Although the kitchen was compact, it had everything we needed. Directions and check in/out information were accurate and easy to follow. We appreciated the starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags and laundry detergent. Bath towels were plentiful but bring your own beach towels as those are not provided. Great place for a great price.

Julies place was amazing. Location in the center of the beach and right above the pool area. The condo was clean and well stocked to accommodate all of our needs while on vacation. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Julie’s condo was perfect for my stay. I was in Myrtle Beach for a funeral and I was physically and emotionally exhausted. When I got to Julie’s condo it was easy to find and get into. 20 year anniversary

My husband and I chose Myrtle Beach to spend our 20 year anniversary because we had never been together. We loved it!! This rental was perfect for us. It was very clean, very easy check in, right on the beach, owner was very quick responsive to our needs. It was very close to everything. The only problem we had was the fact we couldn’t stay several more days 😉 we would definitely rent this property again! Thanks so much!!
