The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Room was nice. Julie was very responsive when I had questions. The only complaints I had was I had to wash every dish I used because they were still dirty even though they were in the cabinet, the doorknob in the bathroom was also broken and wouldnt lock but not a big deal. But overall the experience was wonderful and my host was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect. We are within walking distance to everything – the boardwalk, restaurants, bars- but further down the beach so it is less crowded on the beach. The pools and pool area here are great. The condo itself has everything that we needed. Plenty of room for two people. It could use some TLC, but as a vacation condo it is perfect. We added an extra week to our reservation, and will make a reservation for next year before we leave. Julie’s communication is unsurpassed! All in all, a wonderful place to stay

Great condo and exactly as described. All pools were clean and warm in April. Plenty of loungers and places to sit on the pool deck. The ocean view from the living room was amazing and outdoor seating for three was perfect. Although the kitchen was compact, it had everything we needed. Directions and check in/out information were accurate and easy to follow. We appreciated the starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags and laundry detergent. Bath towels were plentiful but bring your own beach towels as those are not provided. Great place for a great price.

Julie’s condo was perfect for my stay. I was in Myrtle Beach for a funeral and I was physically and emotionally exhausted. When I got to Julie’s condo it was easy to find and get into. The bedroom and beds were amazing l. The beds were so comfortable and the room was perfect. The bathroom was clean and very good water pressure. 20 year anniversary

My husband and I chose Myrtle Beach to spend our 20 year anniversary because we had never been together. We loved it!! This rental was perfect for us. It was very clean, very easy check in, right on the beach, owner was very quick responsive to our needs. It was very close to everything. The only problem we had was the fact we couldn’t stay several more days 😉 we would definitely rent this property again! Thanks so much!!

Great 1st Experience

I have never used a VRBO to secure a vacation spot and I must say I am impressed and will def not only recommend, I will use again! The listing was thorough, the room was perfect, the process was easy and self explanatory and response times with questions/concerns were prompt and helpful! Our room had plenty of amenities to get us going when we first arrived until a grocery store run could take place. They even provided a list of nearby places to get said groceries and necessities! Room was modern, clean and cozy with a fabulous view!! Any reservations I had about going with VRBO are def gone and it was a perfectly painless process to provide my family and I a much needed, relaxing get-a-way! Our host was very responsive and helpful and we will def book again in the future! Thanks again!!

Unit was ready when we requested an earlier check in. Loved the smell; fresh and clean. Had everything we needed. Also, air conditioner worked great; been to places where it was an issue.

First beach vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful first time beach vacation and especially, enjoyed our stay at the Oceans One Resort. Our room was very clean, beds were super comfortable, appliances were in top new condition, and having a washer/dryer in the unit made it great not having to take home tons of dirty laundry. This was our family’s first beach vacation and we didn’t have to worry about our stay which allowed us to enjoy each day to the fullest. We will be staying with this company for future vacations. Thank you Julie for your expert attention to detail and always keeping us notified every step of the way. Your prompt communication was very much appreciated.

Everything was clean when we arrived and there was plenty of cleaning supplies for our stay. The pools were clean and nice and family friendly. There wasn’t a lot of noise or crazy things happening at night. It’s a great place to stay. We would come back again. Thank you Julie.

Julie was great and checked on us peiodically during the stay. Had issue with dish washer which she apologized for but hey- we don’t go on vacation to do dishes. 😄 she waived out early check in fee for the inconvenience. If we return to Myrtle Beach, we will def want rent from them. Thanks for everything!!

Very nice and cozy property overlooking the ocean! The condo was clean and very modern. Perfectly located near everything. The resort itself is breath taking and great amenities for all ages. Loved having the option of an indoor pool or outside pool. Julie was so sweet to check in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything and that we got checked in okay. You won’t regreg staying here!

The condo was as described with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. We were able to sit on the balcony in the morning with our coffee despite cooler than usual temperatures. We chose not to rent a car and found we could walk or uber wherever we wanted (from the airport, to Broadway at the Beach and Ripken Experience) for much less. Julie was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely return to this condo.

It was very pleasant stay for us, all golf games are in, weather was mostly great, considering January. I was very concern on weather because we experienced nasty one in the past, condo was quiet and pleasant, we are shopped out and golfed out, so ready to come home in frozen land. We had very good time staying at Julie’s condo. If u plan on cooking the kitchen is a little bit small but I still did just fine in it. The balcony view is breathtaking and I enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We have 2 babies, so the place was pretty quite , I couldn’t hear neighbors talking or something like that like someone said in the review before. The resort ppl were nice and helping. Julie is awesome, checking on us almost every day (thru text).

What a Find!

The beach cove condo was beautiful and the resort was amazing! Julie, the owner was wonderful to work with and provided us clear directions for everything regarding the condo and activities to do at the resort and the area. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived, fresh towels & clean sheets. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean(as was the rest of the place), it was stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway, and the view was great. We loved hanging outside on the balcony, which looks over the pools, hottubs and beachfront. The area the condo is in is great as well, we went down the street to Friendly’s one night for ice cream & went parasailing as well! There is a place nearby to do banana boats or parasailing! It was the perfect spot to spend my fiance’s birthday and we can’t wait to visit again! Thanks Julie!! 🙂

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!! FIVE STARS!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean, quiet, and the perfect size for our family. The facilities were very kid friendly. My seven-year-old loved the lazy river and heated pool while my two-year-old loved the ‘baby pool.’ We stayed for a week and I saw the pools cleaned regularly. I also appreciated the fact that the beach had two life guards on duty and access to loungers/umbrellas. We were also able to wash clothes in the room! My daughter was in town for a dance convention and we had to travel to and from the convention center (which is only a five to ten minute drive). We also enjoyed the Family Park across the street as well as an ice cream parlor close-by and other nearby shops. The kitchen made cooking daily meals easy and the Walmart grocery is a five minute drive away. . I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, kid-friendly place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

The owner also keeps the condo stocked with dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, and lots of kitchen items! The views from the balcony are amazing. You really can’t beat this location! Steps to the beach, and a couple of pools to choose from. The pools are mineral pools so very few chemicals are used! This is a huge plus for us! There is a pool waitress who will take your order for food and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic fruity drinks. There is a heated indoor pool and gym for rainy days, or if you just want to get out of the sun. There is also a couple of restaurants close by that have good food. The owner was great to work with, and always responded quick to any questions we had. It even has a washer/dryer in the condo. I typically like to have this amenity when we travel, because of all the wet towels and sandy clothes from the beach. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would love to return again in the near future!

Great rental

We have stayed at Oceans One many times mostly through the front desk. This was a much better experience for us as we prefer not having daily house keeping and the security of a personal lock not to mention this is a great deal compared to the normal room rate. The pantry was also very well stocked with dishwasher pods, dish detergent, salt and pepper…etc a lot of what we brought we didn’t need to use. Cannot say enough about Julie, she checked on us there times to see if we needed anything.

Clean Beach, Clean Property, Clean Condo!

This property was exactly as advertised, checking in was a breeze, plenty of parking, the resort was well kept at all times, the condos must be well sound proofed we never heard anything from the neighbors and there were alot of guests. The elevators were clean, when you exited the hallways smelled fresh, etc. The room itself was small but I wouldn’t have expected anything different, it had everything we needed. The owner was kind and always quick to answer my questions prior to arrival. I would definitely stay again! Thank You Julie!

The view says it all!!!

My family had an amazing experience in Julie’s condo at Ocean’s One. The room was well kept, which is important to us. All of the beds were cozy and we slept beautifully since it was a quiet and peaceful space. Being able to walk out to the ocean daily was an amazing blessing. We are so thankful to have been able to stay!

Loved this condo!!

My family just stayed in this condo and we absolutely loved it! The condo is clean & housed all five of us comfortably. The front desk staff are all super friendly & helpful should you need them. The balcony overlooks the pool & beach, we actually watch fireworks from the balcony one night & it was perfect! This was our first stay directly on the beach & we felt spoiled, we walked the beach almost every night combing for shells. The hotel is also a short walk to dinner, ice cream, shops and other entertainment. Julie herself was in contact with us throughout the trip making sure our needs were met. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

The ocean and beach view were breathtaking. This condo was up to date and very homelike. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Clean and Comfortable Rental

This condo was very clean, and comfortable. This is probably the best I’ve ever slept while on vacation. This is due to the layout of the condo and comfortable beds. The bedroom is toward the interior of the building, so no early morning light peeking through a window. There is also wonderful soundproofing, so very little noise from other guests, kids, or elevator was heard throughout the entire stay. The owner, Julie, checked on us to insure that we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The only recommendation I have is to bring a chaise lounge folding chair to cat nap on the balcony when it’s raining. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend or family member.

Great Ocean front condo!

Grest ocean front, great accommodations and great owner! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Great location! Julie replied within miinutes! I will book again with Julie when I comeback to Myrtle Beach.

Pleasantly surprised

My wife and I took an October escape and landed here. We were not sure what to expect since we always stay at Kingston Plantation. We were very pleased with everything about our stay. Parking was very good, check in was professional and convenient, and getting to our room was surprisingly efficient. When we walked in our expectations were met. This one bedroom unit was perfect for us and the balcony was amazing. It was a very clean, organized and relaxing space. More than enough room for us and the view was the best feature. The pools were great, the beach was wide and we experienced the boardwalk for the first time. We really enjoyed the location, property and unit. The keypad entry was a plus. Julie Bryant texted us each day to make sure our stay was going well and she promptly refunded our missed days from the evacuation and returned our security deposit very quickly. She is very professional. If you have any doubts about this property, let them go. It is close to everything and in our experience very safe. We are looking forward to returning.

Best Kept Secret

When there weren’t any reviews, we were a bit nervous, but the condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated (even though we’re more the cozy country type 🙂 ), clean, comfortable–it was more than we could have asked for. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was only on the third floor, so it was a perfect view. The jet tube was a real bonus. Plenty of room. Oceans One offers indoor and outdoor pools, kiddy pool, whirlpools. (We were there the week after hurricane Matthew, and the hotel had quite a bit of damage: outdoor pool and whirlpools were closed as well as the kiddy pool, but that was to be expected.) The only negative was that, because it’s only on the third floor, we could hear raucous pool guests when the door was open to the balcony, so we just closed the door! I hesitate to even mention that. We’re early to bed folks, so probably not a problem for most! LOVED IT!

Beautiful and Peaceful Condo on the Ocean

Booking was very simple and quick. Julie would reply within hours usually. Anything we needed, Julie saw to it that we had it. The condo is perfectly positioned on the ocean and in close proximity to area shopping and dining. I will be booking with Julie again in the near future.
