This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Location was nice, room was as listed. Compared to the other resorts the pool so lacking. No fault of the owner, just don’t see the need for 3 hot tubs and an oddly shaped pool. Granted there are 2 pools they could easily get rid of one maybe 2 hot tub and make the pool bigger. But overall the view from the balcony was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout our visit. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The Airbnb is also conveniently located near plenty of souvenir shops and delicious restaurants, giving us lots of great options for shopping and dining. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly return.

My boyfriend and I rented this place for the week and I honestly didn’t have very high expectations since the price was so low. To my pleasant surprise, the place was absolutely perfect! The layout was just right, we had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat, the view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, and everything was very clean! My boyfriend and I actually got married on the beach during our stay! I cannot think of a better place we could’ve gone to celebrate our new life as one! Thank you!!! We will return!!

Great condo, exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Building amenities were great: steam room, sauna, pools were all working and clean. Building staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

The place overall was very nice. There was lots to do in our 5 days there and the room felt like a great place to relax during our down time. The view of the beach every morning was a joy for us and being able to walk downstairs onto the beach and pool was great. Julie provides a ton of stuff in the room for you to get your trip underway as soon as possible. The instructions are also super clear and allow you to navigate checking in with ease. The host takes great care of the room as it smells clean and is welcoming once you step foot in it. It’s such a contrast from the resort itself, which feels a little less bright and doesn’t smell as nice, but all of that goes away once you step in the Airbnb. I would definitely rent from this host if you’re looking for something that is price-friendly, near pretty much anything you plan to do, and still really good quality. Also if you’re looking for a host that offers flexible options for staying longer, Julie is the host for you!

This place was literally so wonderful and perfect!some son (7) and I enjoyed our stay here and wished we coukd stay longer! The place was so beautiful and just like the pictures!! Whenever we stay at one of Julie’s places, it’s perfect and pristine!!! I’ve seen multiple people complaining about her thorough email for a perfect, seamless check in and out, but I absolutely love how detail oriented she is!! Read the whole email and everything will be perfect 🙂 I’ve stayed with her several times now, and she’s one of my favorite hosts!!! Couldn’t recommend this enough!! 🙂

Let me start out by saying when I was younger I smoked weed like everyone else. And I do not care who does what. But it was very strong in the common areas and at times it would even be strong in the room. So I guess I just wished everyone would smoke outside.

Overall, a fantastic stay. The condo was great – exactly as described and as pictured, and enough space for my husband and me. The beach view was amazing, and the condo was clean and well stocked when we arrived. I think the only suggestion I would make as an addition to the space would be curtains, as it was EXTREMELY bright in the mornings, making it difficult to sleep even past 6am. I will also say that the hallways on our floor smelled heavily of smoke, but it was never an issue in our room. The WiFi signal was not strong at all – it seems to be for the entire building rather than each individual unit, which was only a real issue when I was trying to log in to get some work done each morning. Other than those minor things, everything was great. The unit was close to several restaurants, attractions, and was on the beach, so we couldn’t have been happier with that. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Ocean View

Short weekend getaway, loved the condo! Sunrise in the morning was awesome. Room was well supplied, even has a beach umbrella. Booking again.

Great views from the condo , was able to watch the sunrise every morning. Very peaceful when we arrived and check in was super easy. Tv remote is a little wonky but still useable. Kitchen area was nice and clean and had everything needed to cook proper meals. Would recommend if your looking for a peaceful get away , not to far from the boardwalk and broadway but just far enough to be peaceful.

My sister and I had a little girls trip to the beach and we had an absolute blast! The condo was in an older tall condo complex but it was clean and had everything we needed with a spectacular view! We really enjoyed being right on the beach and we felt safe there as well.

This was a great place to stay and the unit was just as pictured, clean, and had everything in the kitchen I needed. The pools and hot tub were great for their age and well taken care of, and the view is outstanding. The only drawbacks were with the building, and that was that the hallways were very smoky smelling, dark and outdated, and the WiFi was useless. There is only one WiFi for the entire 20 floor resort. If/when I could connect I would be luckily to open one web page before frozen, kinda like the old dial up, so I was unable to get much work done in the unit, nor could I stream/enjoy any apps. But there’s the beach, and it’s BEAUTIFUL! I would definitely love to stay here again.

The room was nice and described/looked like the pictures but the hotel it’s located in is terrible two separate elevators one for parking other for hotel place smells terrible very musty the washer and dryers are barely work dryer didn’t dry at all hotel is a 1/10 room was nice but hotel is ridiculous
