Our stay at the condo right on the water was excellent

Our stay at the condo right on the water was excellent. We enjoyed being right by the beach and having the option of an indoor and outdoor pool. I especially enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean at night. Although we didn’t cook much it was convenient to have a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked very well since it was very warm during our stay. We would definitely stay again! The price was excellent as well.

We absolutely loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay here! So much so that we ended up extending our stay two extra nights because we weren’t ready to leave. This place is perfect for families. We were very comfortable during our stay, and Julie was very communicative! The Sand Dunes Resort itself had such great staff and people visiting as well. The outside pool is great for kids that are learning how to swim because the deepest part of the pool is 4’6! Having a bathroom with two sinks, one outside of the bathroom itself, made it easier for us all to get ready and flow without interruption. Definitely would recommend this place & would visit again!

This was the perfect place. Julie responded to every question I had, she even reached out to just check in on us. My daughter loved the pool and arcade inside the hotel. We even had karaoke one night at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend renting from them

The place itself was very nice for what I paid. I did have an issue when I first got there with a smell but I quickly figured out it was coming from the next room. That really is the only negative about staying there is the rooms are connecting and the sound from the other room (as well as smell) is not good. The communication though was awesome and they offered to come do an ozone cleaning of the room but once I figured out it was from the other room there was no need. I am guessing that the other room was also rented because the people left the next day and had no issues after that. The beds were comfortable and the space was just right for me. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Everything about the resort was nice it was close to the beach, there’s a pizzeria, restaurant & bar, arcade, & convenience store in the resort so that was all a plus. Beautiful view from almost anywhere in the resort

It’s walking distance to beach and balcony have beach view also. It’s part of resort so you can enjoy pool and water park all.

Overall had a nice time and good stay! Super close to the beach and the pool was nice! Only have 2 complaints. Parking was a mad house, not the owners fault. It was just a very busy time of year. Secondly, the owner failed to mention maintenance was needed before we got there, and texted me at 10:30pm saying someone was gonna stop and work on the vents. When I didn’t respond in time she reschedule it for the next day, then never got back to me.

Good communication overall. This resort does not allow AirBNB renters to use their water park which led to a disappointed kid but it’s my own fault for not catching it at the bottom of the email. Overall good place to stay.

Rented for my parents to take my niece and nephew. They loved it and every time I talked to them they couldn’t have been happier. From the great location, to the room, and to the beautiful beach and pool they had a great stay. They said they would definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Very reasonable price and the host as well as assistants were super responsive.

First time using airbnb. I highly recommend using Julie for all your Myrtle Beach vacations. She was very quick to respond. Our room was great, Sand Dunes has remodeled the first floor lobby area since we were there last. Lots to do and good restaurants on site. Great location away from the pavillion area.

All I can say is WOW! The condo was beautiful and spacious! I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and me and my boyfriend wanted to get away for the weekend for a good price and this place was PERFECT 💖! It was close to everything and easy to find when we got there! I would definitely recommend others staying here if you’re in Myrtle Beach! I’ve been coming there for years since I was a little girl over spring break with my family and if it had more rooms me and my family would definitely rent it out altogether, that’s how nice it was! Thankful to Julie for getting back to us in a timely manner and just checking in with us over the course of our stay to make sure we settled in well and were enjoying ourselves to the fullest! Rockstar host and Rockstar place! 🥰❤️

Nice and clean apartment, beach front with great pool for kids and adults The restaurant on the property is ok better go road 17 for way more options. It’sworth staying but make sure to park on dropp off 15 min parking and use the elevator to the right of the main entrance. Also they forget to put toilet paper and bring one in case becauseit’sa hassle to go out and buy stuff and groceries after you just arrived. Anyway nice place for sure.
