Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing

Positive: we loved the balcony, the living room set up was cute, and appreciated the in unit washer & dryer as well as the kitchen equipment such as a pot and pan, cooking utensils, cups and bowls, and silverware! very happy with the beach supplies like the boogie boards and sand buckets/shovels. the outside pool and hot tub were amazing! it seems quiet compared to other hotels there was hardly ever other ppl in them so not overcrowded. beach access was perfect so close and easy Negative: the balcony door was a little difficult to open and close, the bedroom closet mirror is slightly broken so we actually had to get it back on track ourselves which required some youtube research, the ac unit in the bedroom was unplugged and i didn’t know there was a plug specifically for that under the unit so i was unable to plug it in and the staff originally told me they would be by with a adapter but never came and then i had to message again and then someone told me abt the outlet under the unit and it didn’t need an adapter. so once i got it plugged in it worked great. the shower curtain had what appeared to be blood stains which kind of grossed me out and there was some dirtiness on the front of the fridge. communication needs to be improved no one was ever available to call when inquiring abt early check in i had to call several times to get an answer and then the text responses were slow as well as there is no one at the front desk to help or answer questions especially if we booked through a 3rd party the condo staff couldn’t even see our reservation. inside pool/hottub kind of grossed me out but the outside made up for it
