Cute place and liked that it was on the first floor and walking distance to the beach was my favorite

Cute place and liked that it was on the first floor and walking distance to the beach was my favorite part, will rent again.

We came for 3 nights

We came for 3 nights. We needed 2 bedrooms at a decent price….. Julie’s rental provided that, with a view of the ocean. We were very pleased with this rental….. my only complaint would be that the guest bedroom was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep at night because there is no ac so to speak. The ac in the living/ kitchen is intended (through an air vent through the wall) to cool that bedroom, it barely makes the room tolerable with the “help” of a small fan and the ceiling fan. I realize there probably isn’t a way to run ac to that room, but it would really help especially in 90+ weather. And although the unit was nice, it is dated and both bathrooms could use some TLC. The main bathroom was very tight and the guest bathrooms tub was in need of replacing. Again, the unit was very nicely kept: clean, and roomy…. it just could stand a little fixing up. However, Julie was awesome and was always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend!

place was well maintained and felt cozy. walked to the beach and near many great restaurants and attractions to the area. only downside was there were no pool bands in the room and the sloped parking was a bit strange but it’s there for water run off. overall the stay was very well worth it for the price and instructions were clear and simple. great stay for my little family.
— Devon

we spent most of our time with family and friends. This was our family reunion, we were very pleased with the condo. We didn’t use the pool but we did walk on the beach. The kitchen was great but I didn’t have to use it, I will definitely come back if and when we visit Myrtle Beach.
— Loretta
The place was everything we wanted and more! Perfect balcony with beautiful view. We loved the cozy bedrooms and the bathrooms were so clean and the walk is literally 2 min from the beach. We will be back! Our family or 4 was right at home

Nos encantó, mis hijos se sintieron cómodos, como en casa, volveremos
— Marissa
Although we never located the “main building” indicated in our email check in correspondence we found our unit. The place was nice, cool, and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were so clean. The bedrooms were comfortable, though the AC in one of the rooms was noisy and we turned it off. The shower in the master bedroom was small (cruise ship cabin size), but it was adequate. Parking was easy and convenient. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all of the comforts of being away from home. The complex was beautiful and quiet. We will definitely return. Thank you, Julie.
— Delores

Perfect end to our summer!

The location was perfect!!! We wanted to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtal Beach… and thats what we got! 1/2 block walk to the water. Convenient store, ice cream, and bar and grill right on the corner. No loud parties, just families all around. It was so nice to park our car for our entire stay. The condo was perfect. Good fit, nice furnishings, super clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!
