Notes
This room does not allow smoking. This is not a hotel room; it’s a condo that the owner owns. Treat this like you would your own house. Although nobody is always on-site, we will try our best to address any issues as soon as they come up.

Take note: 1. Please be advised that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Furthermore, it is not possible to use the Family Funzone / Game Room. The resort’s other aquatic amenities will remain available to you.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

This condo boasts views of the ocean, an LCD TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Excellent place to find fun in the neighborhood! The lazy river and excellent pool areas are ideal for unwinding by the sea. Just a short distance from the shore!

Fabulous location, right next to the ocean! Enjoy walks on the sand, swimming pools, and on-site dining options! Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area’s well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

Great little studio unit right on the beach with a fantastic beach view with easy access

Great little studio unit right on the beach with a fantastic beach view with easy access. And at a great price! For what you would pay for an inexpensive hotel inland, you can be right on the beach instead! I also like that it was a bit north of the sky wheel and Ocean Boulevard, so you can enjoy the calm, beach experience and local restaurants and venues, while avoiding the noise, chaos, and craziness of the main boardwalk. The air conditioning blew cold and plentiful. The shower very nice with lots of hot water. Julie was an excellent communicator, so check in/checkout was easy, with lots of instruction provided. Parking was convenient and plenty during the day, but scarce after dinner when everyone returned—not uncommon at resorts. Coffee is via K-cup system, so bring your favorites. The unit I stayed in was a connecting room so good and bad with that. Some of the corners of the unit could be brightened up a bit. Overall, a really great stay at a great beach front unit! Thanks!!

My daughter and I had a blast

My daughter and I had a blast. We were close enough to the Country Music Festival and within walking distance of the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better host didn’t really have to ask anything because she was already on top of it.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view! Room was modern and pretty. It could’ve been cleaner (base boards etc) but I feel like that’s every beach place. Indoor pool area was not very clean but that’s to no fault of the owners. Additionally, I loved having a broom to help with the sand but a dust pan would’ve also been helpful. The ice machine is so conveniently located to the room but there wasn’t an ice bucket. All in all, wonderful trip 🤗

I really enjoyed staying at Julie’s place. It looked just like the photos. The space was clean and clutter free. I really enjoyed how spacious the bathroom was. The beds were comfortable and right next to the ocean. Julie was very responsive and very helpful. I will be booking with Julie again.

Great view ,great place,if your vehicle is oversized there is very minimal parking but never really struggled to park but once,there is a door to the room beside yours and if someone’s in there messing with the door that joins the rooms it’s kinda annoying but overall would book agian.
