Notes
This room does not allow smoking. This is not a hotel room; it’s a condo that the owner owns. Treat this like you would your own house. Although nobody is always on-site, we will try our best to address any issues as soon as they come up.

Take note: 1. Please be advised that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Furthermore, it is not possible to use the Family Funzone / Game Room. The resort’s other aquatic amenities will remain available to you.

Fabulous location, right next to the ocean! Enjoy walks on the sand, swimming pools, and on-site dining options! Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area’s well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

My family loved our stay

My family loved our stay! We were in town for a softball tournament, so the washer and dryer were a major plus! The view was amazing and the amenities of the hotel were great too. Nice to have so much at our fingertips – pool, restaurant, steps to the beach, convenience store etc. We had an issue with the next door neighbors smoking pot and Julie helped us take care of that. Also, the directions say that the condo is in the North Tower, but the condo is not. We found out the hard way by rolling our very full luggage cart to the wrong tower…but eventually found out that it’s on the 11th floor of the main building (that has the lobby, restaurant, gym, etc on the 1st floor). Just hoping to help someone else out because that was very frustrating when we were all tired from the trip there, rolling around a very full luggage cart! 😊

We had an amazing stay here! Plenty of silverware and dinnerware in the kitchen plus trash bags and dishwasher pods. Most of the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit were a couple miles up the road. We even found some shark teeth on the beach! (: The washer dryer was a must for us and definitely came in handy. The tiki bar beside the pool had great drinks. The only con that I have is that there was a little mildew in the bathroom around the handle area.

I had a great stay at Julie’s place. It was exactly as described, and I would definitely book it again in the future. The only issue was that the check-in instructions were a bit unclear. It took us some time to find the room because it is located in the South Tower, while the instructions led us to the North Tower. Updating the directions would make the check-in process much smoother for future guests.

The unit was nicely furnished

The unit was nicely furnished, kitchen was equipped with most items we needed, had beautiful views of the beach & ocean, and it was the right size for the 2 of us. It could use minor maintenance on the ceiling (mold) and towel hook (loose) in the bathroom. The host was prompt in responding and sending auto-communications however the location of the unit was stated as in the “north tower” in some communications and in others it was stated as “south tower”. Be prepared to spend extra time at the property finding the correct tower even if you know the specific- north or south- tower. We needed to check out early due to a medical emergency. I informed our host, Julie, about it. She was a stickler for policy and was not willing to budge or consider other options. However, Airbnb Support helped and resolved it. I would not rent from the same host again because of her in-human nature but we will definitely use Airbnb again.

Julie was super responsive and proactive before, during, and after my stay. The unit is as it looks in pictures although you can hear every laugh, sneeze, cough, and conversation from people in the unit next door. The water flow in the bathroom sink by the toilet is a trickle although the flow in the shower was fine. The towel holders are delicate so take care when placing your towel on them as they fall off easily. The towels provided were quite worn but did their job. The sofa is very comfy and I appreciated having a large dining table for work. The unit is well stocked with plenty of plates and cooking utensils making cooking in the unit easy and cost effective. The location on the beach can’t be beat. The front desk staff was friendly also.

Everything was exactly the same as in the pictures. In terms of location and cleanliness it was amazing. There are a lot of activities inside the building such as gym, swimming pool, indoor games, restaurants, coffee shop..Communication was super prompt with Julie! The only downside was that they didn’t include basic kitchen stuff ( salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, paper towel etc) if you go there you will need to think about detailed grocery shopping which is tiring. We have airbnbed a lot in the US as well as different countries and that’s the whole point of “airbnb” that travelers don’t need to think about basic needs at home. so if you are planning to cook at home you can take it into consideration. thanks for everything Big fish team!

Julie was a great host. The space was so beautiful and it was clean! I was more than impressed. The kitchen was so perfect!! The beds were comfy and clean. My children and I loved it!! We will definitely be back and continue to book with Julie. The only thing I didn’t like was we could not use the family fun zone or the pool with the splash pad and can’t remember if it’s in the description or not when booking and the resort would not let us buy passes.

The condo has a beautiful vista of the beach right outside on the balcony. The kitchen was very well organized and was very fun to cook at especially listening to the ocean waves in the background of it all. I highly recommend booking a vacation at this spot. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the pools are easy to access to as well. Walmart was a 10-15 minute drive if you want to buy groceries and beach stuff. Thank you Julie for being a wonderful host! She provided us a lot of instructions before check in, on where to park and where the condo was. She was also quick and responsive when I added an extra day to my stay.

Our stay at this condo had its positives, particularly the warm hospitality and convenient location. The host was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. However, we did encounter a few issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arrival, there was a persistent odor of smoke in the unit, which lingered throughout our stay. We understand there is a smoking policy in place and wanted to bring this to the host’s attention. Additionally, there were cleanliness concerns, including a significant amount of hair in the shower drain, mold at the bottom of the shower curtain, and a dryer lint catcher that became dislodged, leaving lint on our clothing. While these may seem minor, they reflect areas where the cleaning service could improve to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. We appreciate the opportunity to stay and recognize the host’s efforts, but addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the experience.

A beautiful condo, clean, updated and a great view. Very very spacious!! Having a 2nd sink outside the bathroom is a really nice touch for this 1 bedroom condo. We were there for 2 nights. The restaurant/bar downstairs fantastic. The bartender shouted our names on the 2nd night as soon as we walked in. The outdoor pool looked amazing and clean (too cold to get in) indoor pool was busy. Easy beach access. We will totally stay on our next trip in April.
