This is a non-smoking room and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Great spot

Great spot! Close enough for a short drive to the boardwalk or Broadway at the Beach, but far enough that the beaches weren’t overcrowded. Unit was perfect for my husband and I, we loved the private balcony as well.

Julie’s place was wonderful

Julie’s place was wonderful. It looked exactly like the photos. The terrace was amazing and the view from there was spectacular! Just a couple of steps down to walk right up to the beach. I stayed for 12 days so it was really nice to have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make quick meals. Everything was in tip top shape. All necessities were provided and enough for 12 days. Julie responded to me within minutes when I had questions and was a great host.

The worse thing I could say is the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it to do the things we had planned😂

We enjoyed our stay at the Caravelle. The best feature is the large sun deck facing the ocean. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The furniture is quite large for the space and storage is limited. We had issues connecting to the wifi, it cut out every time we went out, even on the deck. The building itself is quite dated and in need of some tlc. The kitchen lacked some items – dish brush, dish cloth and only one wine glass. Overall it was a nice stay.

Fantastic room with amazing balcony

We absolutely loved this room. It was decorated in soothing but fun designs. The chairs and ottoman were SO comfortable!We enjoyed nights of uninterrupted sleep, thanks to great pillows and mattress. While we didn’t use the Murphy bed behind the stylish barn doors, it would have been perfect for children or an extra guest. We spent almost all of our time on the balcony. The furniture was so comfortable and just made for perfect nights outside watching the ocean. I can’t say enough about this room, and we have saved the information for when we return to the area. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing vacation in total comfort.

The ocean view was the best part of our stay. Didn’t realize from the balcony photos on the website that there is no privacy when sitting out in the chairs. Overall, our stay was nice . Very clean, nice towels, ; not much cooking space but the photos clearly show a tiny kitchen.
