IMPORTANT NOTES:
– This unit won’t have access to the fitness center.
– All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
– Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts. This unit won’t have access to the fitness center.

HOA’s new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
– Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
– Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.

Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Before I arrived I read the rules and regulations

Before I arrived I read the rules and regulations. They state that you will pay $40 for parking and $5 for trash per day. Julie seemed confused about it as well. When I checked in I paid the $30/night which is stated on the Airbnb profile I also paid $5/night for trash. The actual place looks just like the pics. It does have an old/moldy smell in the condo but I could tolerate that for the few days. It also stayed very humid in there. I dried off with a towel and everyday the towel would stay wet and never dry become how humid the condo is. I went during bike week, I don’t know if it’s loud all the time but it was definitely still loud after midnight at this place. The parking deck is confusing until after the 1st day. The staff at the place were nice. The host was very responsive. I had a 3night stay and ended up purchasing a 4th night and had to contact her to notify front desk they didn’t see it. My overall experience was just good and I would go back but nothing more than 7 night.

We enjoyed our stay ,only a few minor issues which was addressed with a simple phone call. Loved the ocean view of the beautiful beaches .This is a privately own room. We made a short two nights stay trip to get away and it was very nice. The resort itself is a nice place with pool, lazy river, food, bar, dance floor, karaoke and a band that plays outside by the pool from 2:00-11:00 everyday. The only couple of things that would be better would be the check in. It took almost 45 minutes to check in and there were only 4 of us in line and 3 people working the desk. It would also have been nice to know that there were resort fees per night that are due upon arrival that weren’t mentioned so all in all I paid $590 for two days and check in wasn’t until 4:00 pm and if you wanted to check in earlier it was another $100. There was just a lot of fees associated with it. Otherwise it is an all around 4.5 stars for me!!! I would stay again but potentially book through the resort itself to get something cheaper.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for a girls getaway. The beach, Ocean Annies, the Sandals bar, River Cafe, etc were all right there and we didn’t need to leave for anything. The room was clean and had all the essentials needed. The property manager was quick to respond. Make sure to sign the contract and have the documents completed before check-in time or otherwise you will be waiting for your lockbox number to get your keys. Somehow I had looked over this until I was already in the parking lot to pick up the keys. A message via VRBO I believe would be better than an email. Our trip was amazing and would definetly stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

Last minute trip to the beach. Met friends who were staying at Ocean Annie’s. Ended up right across the hall from one another!! Our room was better then their’s. Huge, more room than the 2 of us needed. Big Fish rentals met and exceeded my expectations. Would stay there again. I highly recommend.

My 40th

We are getting to old for this sheeee. Had a blast. Room was solid had 10 plus who all come up over and down from all over and I believe we all booked thru the same rental management and as far as I know everyone was satisfied with the 4 or 5 rooms we rented. I have the email saved for the next time.

Enjoyed girls trip

Had a great girls trip. The room was very nice and clean. The 2 bedroom was large and had plenty of room for everyone. Check in was the difficult because they had no bell hops and wouldn’t let a private owned condo use the luggage carts. We had to make many trips to get all our stuff in. Otherwise all was great.

Check in was very easy. It’s listed that you have to pay a $300 deposit at check in. There’s no deposit thankfully. Just $20 for a parking pass and $5 per trash bag if you need them. The room did have trash bags under the sink. There are bellmen who help you with your luggage, that was great they were very friendly. The room was great, everything was clean and up to par. Clean linen, clean kitchen, clean rooms & bathroom. A few of the dishes were dirty but there is soap and everything provided to clean. Overall, the stay was great!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The condo is a nice corner unit with an angled view of the ocean. It is how it appears in the listing and was a good value for the money. The resort has a couple of restaurants, Ocean Annie’s Beach side venue with live music, a small gym and an indoor bar area. There’s sufficient parking and the staff was very helpful. Enjoy!
