This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed in the resort’s parking.

This place was better than expected

This place was better than expected. The value is unmatched. The room felt clean right away. The room is a little on the smaller side but was perfect for my family of 3. This place is so convenient being inside a resort. The restaurant downstairs is super affordable and having a convenience store downstairs was great! Beach access is super easy at this location. 10/10 stay for my family and I! Definitely would stay again.

Our stay was beautiful! The host was wonderful and helpful! The room was completely spotless, with great smelling linens. The stay all together was amazing. We really enjoyed the Tiki bar and Hot tubs. Will definitely book again & recommend to any couples for a quiet getaway, or bringing the entire family! There’s something for everyone to do.

It was a nice place with a lot to do at the resort and close by.
Wonderful spot, great amenities and attached bar to the building facing the beach was great. We made sure to read and reread the terms and conditions. We reminded mindful of the space, cleaned up after ourselves and left the space as we found it. There was a broom so that was helpful. Kitchenette area was great to have. Would stay here again 🙂

Julie was an amazing host! She was super friendly, kind, and very quick to respond back to any questions that you may have had. The room was exactly like it was in the photos that are on Airbnb. The view was by far my favorite part because you were looking right at the beach and could catch the sunrise and sunset every day. The room was clean, and very well maintained. Within walking distance to the pools (inside and outside) as well as the beach. Also super close to the strip where everything you may want to do is at! Julie made our stay wonderful, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Big Fish Rentals is very detailed and very helpful with great recommendations! Definitely will consider staying with them again when I come back to Myrtle Beach! Thank you! 🙂

The stay was peaceful. Having a restaurant on site was awesome. Came in from the beach and had a lovely lunch with a nice variety of foods. Time of year going was a bonus as it was not crowded as I can imagine it can be with it being such a nice place. Great stay.

Me and my kids had a great stay. The weekend did get busy at the resort so the pool and hot tubs were packed. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful to look at every night and the beach was easy to get to just by going downstairs. The pizza at the resort was tasty and super affordable. The balcony could use an extra chair.

Julie’s condo was really clean and well kept. Julie is very responsive and kind. The resort is also very well maintained. There’s also a corner store attached to the resort which is super convenient!

Awesome ocean view condo, clean, modern, right by the elevator, plenty of parking. River City cafe basically on the property, a couple of good restaurants on Kings highway are within walking distance. There is a bar and restaurant on-site if you don’t feel like venturing out. Good deals on happy hour, fish tacos are delicious.

Great place to stay if you are going for a quick getaway and don’t need a full kitchen. Place was clean and conveniently right on the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee shop in our building. They also had pizza and ice cream right there in same building. Julie is a great host would stay at her place again in the future

Great time, Nice Ocean View. About the only thing not absolutely Great was more of a suggestion. Add the Security deposit to the total bill, Font wait days then spring that on us, We would have had no issues. Other than that Perfect little place for Myrtle Beach with a Starbucks next door! ❤️

I came for two months to give myself some respite after an illness. I loved the area, my room, the staff super friendly at Sand Dunes. The Host Julie made everything easy, very attentive to questions & proactive. The best part was seeing the ocean from my room & my bed! 24/ 7, I could hear waves crashing & the tide coming in & out. I definitely would come again!

This stay was fantastic! Words cannot explain how helpful julie and her team were! We had a sticky situation with our original rental and had to be moved by air BnB’s support team. I messaged her at 11:30pm and they responded immediately! The balcony was a fantastic view right out the the ocean. There are 2 restaurants in (a fish spot and a pizza spot, both fantastic). There was also a little arcade and an indoor and outdoor pool! They always say you get what you pay for and at this place you’re getting way more than what you pay for! Its a full inclusive resort at the price of a cheap air bnb. Me and my girlfriend were astonished at what we got for the price we payed. Well done Julie and her team. 100/10 stars!!
