This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

• The retention pond drainage project remains an ongoing improvement project. Landscaping and vegetation work may continue in certain areas around the resort.

• Seawatch continues to complete resort-wide improvements to enhance the guest experience throughout the property.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2026:
April 15th: Heaters turned on
June 1st: Heaters turned off
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.

Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

Great stay. Julie with Big Fish Rental was responsive and took care of everything. Nice tiny cozy little condo- great views. The kitchen is smaller than what it looks like but enough for 4 of us. Plenty of sleeping space for 6. Views from both side- Oceanfront and RVfront is also a plus. Loved it. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay here! The condo is really adorable—a super clean and comfortable place to spend the week. The ocean view from the 14th floor was amazing and definitely a highlight. We loved sitting out on the balcony, and the location couldn’t have been better—easy access to the beach, plus the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were all right there. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook and feel at home. A couple small things to note: the bedding and towels had a pretty strong dryer sheet scent, which might bother people who are sensitive to fragrance. We also saw a couple of bugs during our stay, but it was minimal and didn’t affect our experience. Communication was responsive, but sometimes felt a little automated, and a few details (like building info and WiFi code) weren’t easy to find in our correspondence, or not shared until we asked. Overall, we really loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

I was there for a conference and lucky to find this Airbnb in! The view is right out your balcony as if you could reach out and touch the sea! Very comfortable and cute! Slept amazing the first night which is important as the bed was so comfortable. Very clean and detailed. There was construction going on outside the entry to the room however it did not disrupt the stay just a little sticky! I would love to enjoy the condo again when I can take advantage of the beach! The communication was right on point!!

Our time at the Seawatch resort exceeded all of our expectations. From the easy check in…to the quick responses from the host…to the amazing views and amenities at the resort. We are so thankful Julie gave us the opportunity for us to call her place home for a week and we cannot wait to come back and stay at this same location in the future. I have recommended this location to family and friends as well because it is extremely close to restaurants and things to do and the location was quiet.

Enjoyed the Unit 1410 very much. Clean, no musty odor (like a lot of beach units), Perfect view. Easy access to the elevators and ice machine. Very responsive when messaging back and forth. Clear instructions on what needed done upon start of rental, and also very clear on what to do upon exiting. I always treat any room/hotel/rental as I would my home. So I always pick up, clean, gather trash, etc before I leave. So the rules were easy for me. The only thing for me was the beds were a little hard for my liking. But that is personal preference. Nothing against the unit or owner.

Property was as expected when staying at Sea Watch Resort. Everything was great.
We loved it! The only things we had issues with was the fact there was not any household items usually provided. Like garbage bags & paper towels! Also felt like the floors were not super clean, but at the beach it’s hard to get all the sand off and was understandable

We have never been to the SeaWatch resort but will definitely be back. The room was perfect for just the 2 of us. We only moved our car one time. Breakfast on site and dinner by the pool was the kind of vacation we were expecting. Looking forward to staying here again!!

Went with my boyfriend for a week getaway from the kiddos. Booking with Julie at this location was perfect for us. Small enough for two but definitely would have fit 4 comfortably. Beautifully decorated. The view is AMAZING! Julie was very thorough with her instructions, and made some great recommendations. The pools were awesome and a great atmosphere down there. Cute little bar by pool area too. I loved how close the beach access was as well. Kitchen was well stocked as well as linens and towels. Bed was also pretty comfy. Would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again.

The property was very nicely decorated and updated as well as clean. Check in was easy, they emailed a code, so we went directly to the room, no check in desk required. The bedroom had a comfortable King bed. There is a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room, but we did not open those. Both TVs worked well and I appreciated they left a channel listing in the room. The balcony furniture was a step up from the typical, and from what I could see on balconies across from us. It was very nice and seemed new. We did not use pools, but there are several and hot tubs as well. There was a pool bar, not sure the hours. We had a full kitchen, also did not use on this trip. Cleaning supplies were there. View of the ocean from balcony is great! The rates for this trip were good, cleaning fee seems a little high, but that is typical I think, I do factor the fees when I am reserving anywhere. VRBO fees are also added. If I am satisfied with the total costs, I reserve, and this was a good price for us. If the fees run costs up too much, I look elsewhere. We would stay here again! Good location as well close to restaurants and outlets, other shopping. Parking is free which is also a plus these days!

The condo was perfect for our beach trip. The unit was clean,nicely decorated ,and was big enough for the three of us. Views from the balcony were awsome. The resort had all the ammenities you would want for a beach getaway Julie and her staff were very attentive to make sure things were as they should be. I totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location to many things to do and many restaurants and shopping.

Beach paradise

Property was exactly as described. Very clean, gorgeous views, plenty of parking, quick & easy to access elevators, & security monitored. Our room was perfect for the 2 of us. Dresser drawers were clean & there were several hangars to use. There is a spot where we could put our suitcases to get them out of the way & plenty of space to put our beach gear too. Bathroom medicine cabinet was perfect to store our stuff & plenty of towels for our use. We had an extended stay but still had enough towels. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Everything about this property is amazing and they offer packages for birthdays and anniversary (cake and champagne) which I thought was so cute. The perfect place for my fiancé and I who were visiting for a baseball tournament. The resort itself was very peaceful and the people were so nice! Parking was a breeze also, room was equipped with parking passes too! Check in was very easy and host communication was on point even through having bad service from hurricane ian! Overall if I can give this property more stars, I would! We had a great experience here and we are looking forward to coming back to Myrtle beach!
