The building has been well maintained for its age. Elevator is fast. Parking space is acceptable although may be tight in busy season. Condo itself is comfortable, there are two separate balconies, both small but cozy for family to enjoy being together. Condo has some family games which is good for cold evenings or rainy day. Very near any activity, delicious restaurant or shopping that one could ever want. The very best part is that our WHOLE family including our dog could come enjoy vacation ocean front at the beach!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!! We will be back!

Beautiful place great location

The accommodation with Julie and her assistants was excellent, they were always at my disposal, everything is very good, thanks again girls, I hope to return very soon.

Great location very close to the beach.

Great place and great location! If you want something a little outside of the main strip of myrtle beach, this is perfect! It is so quiet and peaceful, but still minutes away from everything. Great views and cozy. Perfect for a weekend away! The resort itself is very well maintained, the staff is amazing, and i felt very secure while staying here. There are 3 pools and one hot tub, super relaxing after spending the day at the beach. I would recommend this place for the price and location!!! Cant wait to return

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the walk across to the beach that was straight across and did not include lots of stairs over dunes. This is important for disability access or those who cannot climb stairs easily. I loved having garden hoses attached to the outdoor showers so you could easily get off all the sand. The condo was spacious and had just about every item we needed. I suggest including a couple of dishwasher pods as a starter pack but that is a tiny detail. The condo had chairs, beach toys, just everything you could want. The AC wasn't working well on the second day which was a building maintenance issue but it was taken care of the same day I reported it. The building was quiet , not tons of partying people there. So we enjoyed it a lot. The bar and restaurant was great and so were the pools, hot tub, and lazy river.

Julie has several Myrtle Beach properties and I have stayed at a handful of them. They're pretty consistently operated. Clean & convenient location. This locations microwave is broken (you can push some random buttons to turn it on but it definitely needs to be replaced). Plenty of pools as well as a few hot tubs, lazy river, water slides, etc. Parking was great - connected to the hotel and each floor connects directly to the building so no need to wait on elevators if you park on the same floor you are staying. There generally is at least 1 extra trash bag, dish soap, at least 1 roll of paper towels, and extra blankets and sheets but this unit is the first I have stayed at that this was not the case. There was dish soap but it had been filled up with mostly water. There was extra toilet paper and 1 beach towel (they actually provide them by the pool). This unit has 2 bedrooms (one doubles as the living room but has a standard bed vs a pull out) that both have their own ac unit.

Place was as described. Clean and tidy. Beds were comfy pillows were great. Any questions I had were answered right away and was very easy to add extra days. Convenient to shops and grocery store. Close to boardwalk. There were only a few things I wished were different such as no measuring cups, one huge knife and the blanket was very thin. We always bring our own comforter anyway so not a big deal. We didn’t have key cards so some of the doors we couldn’t use. We’d have to walk around through the garage. These little things weren’t an issue at all just minor inconveniences. All together I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

The condo was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It has been nicely updated and was super clean and well equipped. The view is wonderful. Right on the beach with the sounds and smells that make it we came for! The resort was also clean and well kept with updates ongoing. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the property. Everything was clean. Communication was wonderful. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. We had a peaceful stay and can't wait to come back.

It was very clean, I liked the beds and loved the corner room view. I would definitely stay again!

Stunning view from the balcony, convenient parking and the apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Would highly recommend.

What a fabulous spot! Lots of pools & a walkway right to the beach. The condo was roomy and clean. We loved it!

Would like to get back again sometime and stay at same place.
