This condo is privately owned and not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from the lifeguards on the beach. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, seaside pools, ice and vending machines, a fitness center, and an onsite restaurant/bar. Guests have full access to all amenities. Please note that only one vehicle parking pass is provided with this condo. Additional parking options are available at different locations, some for a fee and some at no charge.

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July in North Myrtle Beach! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The hotel staff was amazing, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The host(Julie) had great communication and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed assistance, resolving any issues right away. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it by an extra day! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location right on the beavh

Great location right on the beavh. The only negative thing for me was that the parking garage was on the opposite side of the street and parking spots were small but the elevators worked well and there was always a spot. Could be a little difficult for older folks or disabled guests.I would definitely stay there again. The pools and hot tubs and lazy rivers were great for families. Food in the bar was delicious and priced fairly.

Great stay! Spent the weekend here with my mom and my boyfriend and had so much fun. The condo was very clean & we did not experience any noise/volume issues from the floor above us. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Since it is a corner room, you’re able to see the beach & the city. I will say, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t the greatest, but it got the job done. The back bedroom also stays quite warm even with the AC running, so I’d recommend maybe bringing a fan to plug in at night for longer stays. Overall, we had a great time at Julie’s place! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway & I would absolutely stay here again.

This was my husband and I first trip to north mytle Which was highly recommended by a friend. Julie with big fish made everything so easy. I was already impressed with all I saw on the website but once we check in and saw the view from our room …. We were in Awh. So thankful for this perfect place. Just the right amount of room and all that we needed for our trip. Avista was a wonderful place. Loved the people and the other guests ( who had all been coming there for years and we now know why ). Thanks to Julie for making our trip an easy one. We enjoyed relaxing

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Avista resorts, Unit 730. The complex was fine with easy access to the beach. Our unit was clean, linens fresh and the furniture was in good condition. Check in and parking was easy. Lots of staff willing to help move luggage. While the pictures of the unit were 100% accurate, the unit was smaller than we expected. (The porch was spacious). As we ate all our meals in, the kitchen was very tight with little room for dry food storage. Measuring spoons and cups and a roll of paper towels would have been nice addition. Two maintenance issues were addressed immediately.

Julie’s place was as described and looked like the pictures. No issues with check in and clear instructions provided for check out. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Avista itself could stand for some updates, but overall a decent stay.

Found this place to stay last minute. It was clean and a good location. Owner did give detailed instructions in email. I found the email to be redundant and not specific to this location. Apparently the owner owns multiple locations and uses the same instructions for all locations. For example, I was advised in an email that I would receive a code at time of check in to get into room. This was not the case. I had to “check in” at the front desk and get a card to enter the room. Also, the instructions advised that if you changed the TV and didn’t change it back, you would be charged. This was very intimidating as I didn’t want to change it and then not know how to change it back.

Julie’s place was exactly as described and also the pictures were spot on for what you get. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Lots of things to do and places to eat in the area.

This place is perfect! It’s located in Avista resort and the room has a perfect view of the ocean. Check it at the front desk was easy. Parking was located across the street in a parking garage that was very convenient. Access to indoor and outdoor pools. Beach access right behind the pools. Many restaurants/bars are located within walking distance. This was the perfect place for us to spend our girls trip! Highly recommend!
