This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

A code lock manages the door, and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. Remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service. If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We had a great stay! It was a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for the four of us. It was right on the beach overlooking the beach giving us a beautiful view of the sun coming up. We’re looking forward to staying there again one day.

Was clean and beautiful view from large well equipped balcony. Big plus to have some beach items in the storage box at the door. Kids loved having access to sand toys as we were only there 1 night we didn’t bring those on this trip. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for the price, would stay here again. We liked the big balcony, though there had been some trash left outside from prior guests. Other than that, the interior was very well maintained. The TVs in every room was a big bonus. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Wonderful place for a Myrtle Beach vacation

Wonderful place for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Right on the beach with amazing views and close to some fantastic restaurants and great shopping/fun activities (e.g., miniature golf, bowling, go-karts, etc.). The condo was large enough for my wife and I, our three teenagers, and my parents (7 total). We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bath towels were 5* quality. The best part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Breathtaking! Julie was very responsive and prompt in communication. One unexpected thing in the reservation process was that we were asked to sign additional paperwork beyond what AirBnB requires before we were allowed entry. Bottom line: We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Julie, for the opportunity!

We came to Myrtle Beach for a family wedding so had several families staying in this complex. I would say Julie’s rental was the best accommodations with updated furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Beds were super comfortable and furniture on the balcony was plentiful for all to have a seat and view the water. There is even a storage box outside the door with beach items in it which was a nice surprise. Overall, I would recommend this condo as was exactly as described. We loved our stay and would stay there again in the future. Thank you Julie!

Initially, we encountered some minor navigation issues to find the entrance, but once settled, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the condo. It was clean and furnished with essentials. The view was fantastic. You could see the ocean on two sides of the living room. It was only a short walk to the beach. You felt very secure with the locked doors. Julie was a wonderful communicator. We had no issues arise with the condo but I am sure she would have taken care of it. Thanks for a beautiful quick getaway!

Absolute Heaven!!!

This is our favorite of all the Myrtle Beach places we’ve stayed! Right on the beach! Fantastic ocean views from our large 6th floor balcony! QUIET, RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL! Uncrowded beach and lovely pool. We had 3 generations here; each with our own bedroom and bath! Well equipped kitchen, washer dryer, big flat screens in every bedroom and a large chest full of beach toys and chairs! We were worried that the grandkids (ages 1 to 11) would be disappointed with no fancy slides/waterpark-NOT A PROBLEM- They loved it here!!! Spent hours combing the beach for shells! And at night, we could sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean-NO LOUD MUSIC AND RAISED VOICES. Absolute heaven💜💜💜 Big Fish was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. Thank you for our best beach trip ever!!!!!

10/10 Highly Recommend This place looks better than the pictures. My family highly enjoyed this condo. It was large enough for us to spend family time and still have our own private spaces. The kitchen has everything that a family needs to cook and eat! It’s fully loaded! The televisions had Roku so there was a lot to watch on the televisions. The condo was super clean. The balcony was so large & big enough for our entire family. This is the more quiet section of the beach and it’s perfect for families. Julie was an amazing host and she was very responsive. There was only one issue and it was dealing with getting the lobby key out of the lockbox. When I got there, the lockbox was opened and there was no lobby key. We had to wait three hours to have them bring the key. When it was time to checkout, we had issues with the lockbox closing and it appeared to be broken. However, I still give it a 5 star rating because things happen but Julie and her team was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here, we had 5 people, including 3 teenage girls. The 2 other bedrooms were on the other side of the condo from the master bedroom which allowed them to have fun, lol! But if we all wanted to be together, there was more than enough room in the dining room/ living room areas. There were Roku’s on EVERY TV which made things so much easier! The balcony has so much room for everyone as well. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The morning sunrises were spectacular and the beach was steps away. It was so nice to also have a pool for our grandchildren to enjoy. I would recommend staying at the place. The one recommendation I have is to have more than one key to get into the building. We were 2 families and had to share the key which made it difficult at times.

This space was perfect for my husband and I to take his 15 year old son and a 15 year old friend to get away to the beach for 3 days. Everyone had their own space. Bed was very comfortable. AC was great. And you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the 6th floor! Would definitely come back to stay!

Julie’s place was great! It was clean and comfortable for my party of 7. There were plenty of linens and dishes, also a broom and vacuum to clean up the endless sand we tracked in throughout the day. It was very convenient to have in unit laundry available as well so we could wash towels and beach gear as needed. The views were amazing and the beach access was a huge plus! We literally just put bathing suits on and walked out the door each day. I would definitely stay here again!
