This room is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the resort. Kindly utilize these specified areas for smoking. Please note that this condo is privately owned and differs from a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– This unit won’t have access to the fitness center.
– All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
– Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.

HOA’s new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
– For Airbnb guests, check-in and verification will be handled by Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation for check-in.
– Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.

My and family and I love staying at Sands Oceans club and this room was perfect. Easy check in at the front desk, room was very clean, loved the size of the shower, beds were comfortable and perfect view of the ocean. Julie was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

My grandson and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Julie’s condo. We love this area as it’s close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We also love the amenities of the resort. We had a great view and loved being on the 14th floor. The room was the perfect size for us and I would definitely rent through Julie again.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell, which I appreciated. The highlight was definitely the view — it was beautiful and made the experience better. It’s located in North Myrtle Beach, which was pretty quiet. There wasn’t a lot to do nearby, so if you’re looking for more activities or nightlife, you might want to stay closer to central Myrtle Beach.

We’ve been staying at Sands Ocean Club for years..but going through the hotel or timeshare has really diminished over the years..we get a better value and better accomodations going through Airbnb..I love the sliding glass shower doors and the memory foam beds..so much more comfortable! We love that there’s a restaurant and 2 bars on the premises..and it’s close to so many great restaurants! Shore drive is quiet and doesn’t have thru traffic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time and a great room to stay in!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Super clean and had a great view! Host (Julie) was very responsive and informative. It’s on the beach a short drive to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Walked down Flip Flops Bar and Grill for great live music and drinks. Great Place!

This place was just as described and felt at home. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was having to pick the key up and drop it back off at another location rather than getting to pick it up at the hotel. Other than that we loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s place again.

Julie and her staff were amazing and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The ocean view was just as advertised, Krogers grocery store is only 5 minutes away if needed. We will rent here again.

Bike week as we enjoyed the people.. we loved the location. room was great for our needs. clean & great view. would have liked better beds & smart outlets . the parking was a little hard due to garage was full n going up to 4th floor there then down to lobby then over to resort then up again to elevator 14th floor. Also the Resort won’t allow you to use there Luggage Carts, so we had to make 2 or 3 trips back n forth to get all our bags, beach stuff. Staff was sorry for that though.. that was only struggle… I always stay at Julie’splaces

This property was a nice little surprise. Clean and good beds. Great little kitchen area with a large refrigerator and full freezer, so if you are staying for longer than a couple days, you can do some grocery shopping and a suitable way to store it.

Nice ocean view. Clean and good location. The parking garage was crowed but we got a spot on the secondary garage cross the street. A little inconvenience was to pick up and drop off the key in a different address.
