This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home.

Access to the condo is managed by a code lock. You will receive the access code on the day of your arrival in the welcome email, so there’s no need to check in at the front desk or wait in long lines.

Your stay includes linens for the beds, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Additionally, umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Please note that, since this is not part of a hotel, daily maid service is not provided. If you’re interested in daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchanges, these can be arranged for an additional fee.

Julie was great

Julie was great! She immediately responded to text and email! The condo really needs updating! The refrigerator door to the freezer was in bad condition and the range was very bad, both appliances need to be replaced! The bed was very comfortable although the dust buildup on the headboard was terrible! Also the wall mounted television in the bedroom was covered with dust! The air conditioning filter had not been replaced since December of 2025, so that explains all of the dust! The tub in the bathroom needs to have the caulking replace it was black, possibly mold! We loved the location and the room being on the 18th floor was perfect! It just needs to be deep cleaned and update the appliances! I would gladly stay there again if the room was cleaned and appliances updated!

Watermain break in the building on our last day there we checked out late afternoon because they couldn’t tell us when the water would be turned back on other than that or stay was very good. Host should have given us an update on the water problem. Convenient to restaurants.

Julie was responsive and attentive. We had a minor inconvenience prior to check in but she was proactive and took care of us and the situation. That gave us pace knowing we were being taken care of. The place was beautiful and peaceful, and the location is a 10/10; close to the beach, with fun stuff to do al around, very walkable too. All in all, it was an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We were very happy with our stay!! Location and condo were just what we needed. One note- make sure you are given the parking pass to print ahead of time! We weren’t given it and had to ask. But they were very quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely come back!

If you are still looking…stop here. This condo is amazing and very comfortable. The view from the 18th floor is beautiful day and night. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We had originally planned to stay 2 nights but extended it to 4 nights as we were so comfortable. The pools are heated and the lazy river is fun. We even saw dolphins swimming. Great restaurants in the area. Julie was great and patient to accommodate our questions and our extended stay. We would definitely book this condo again and look forward to returning one day.

The entire building, including the elevators were clean. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The location is close to everything and very convenient. Julie was a very responsive host. The property is in a great location depending upon what you’re looking for. It was a bit busy for my taste, but I’m older & this was our first visit to SC. That said, it has a cool eclectic neighborhood vibe that has hints of Ocean Beach in San Diego or Venice Beach in L.A. It’s close to everything in Myrtle Beach. The property was as described, clean, accessible, and competitively priced. Our host Julie was phenomenal. Incredibly responsive and helpful. I would recommend the property.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for myself and husband, although it was November the weather cooperated and we were able to put on our bathing suits and dip our toes into the Atlantic ocean 18th floor overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. Place is as pictured.

Literally STEPS to the beach

The condo is in an awesome location close to the boardwalk. It is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We loved that we could hang out at the pool and then take a few steps and be on the beach.
Our stay was amazing. We didn’t have any trouble with any of the instructions to get into the unit and it was well cleaned and right on the beach. The hotel was nice and we had plenty of things to do around us! We for sure will be staying again in the future.

First-time user

Have stayed in same hotel down the beach for past 4 yrs. First-time user of Vrbo. This unit was a great introduction. It was just as advertised and described. A very minor issue was taken care of quickly. All questions and concerns were addressed speedily and respectfully. The unit was quiet, clean and a great beach vacation.

The property owners were very responsive to us. We were impressed with the whole process. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Brief stay

Coffee maker was very stained/dirty but overall good experience. Bed was comfy and balcony had a good view. The hotel pools could use some maintenance. Lazy river was not well maintained and one hot tub was very dirty/ inoperable for the duration of the trip. Good experience as we went to relax on the balcony for the full trip, those with children may be displeased with the actual pool facilities.

Amazing unit! Elevators were not as bad as people mentioned in online reviews. Indoor Pools were fantastic and warm. My son and I felt safe and quite comfortable at this property. If/when we visit MB again, we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo

The condo was great but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. It would be fine if you’re planning on driving everywhere but it didn’t feel safe to walk around the neighborhood. We ended up spending a lot of money on Ubers because we flew down. Overall though we were very pleased with the condo itself, we had a lot of fun
