This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

I was nervous after reading the previous reviews. I’m not a hard person to please but i absolutely require cleanliness!!! After reading the reviews I was nervous. Idk what other people experienced but I was pleased with the cleanliness of the place. It could use some cosmetic improvements but it was clean enough for me to be comfortable. Communication was great. Didn’t use the coffee makers but everything else worked great. Absolutely amazing views!! Even the second room had ocean view! Great stay for the price!!

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed beautiful views of both the city and the ocean while relaxing right on the beach. We stayed with our kids, and the amusement park located nearby was a huge hit with them. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning another visit in the future.

Great location, amazing views, unit was nice and had the essentials that you would need. Only thing id recommend is adding maybe a vacuum for the carpets to clean up during the stay a bit. Other than that the place was as described and host was very responsive! Would stay again!

It was everything we expected the expectations above and beyond we definitely rent the unit again however, the jet tub was not working and I the living room furniture needs to be repaired. Other than that. Everything was great. It was my birthday weekend so it was fabulous.
