This condo is privately owned and not a hotel room, so please treat it with the same care you would your own home.

Your stay comes with linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as STARTER supplies like trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

If you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you can rent them from the lifeguards.

Keep in mind that, as it’s not part of the hotel, there won’t be daily maid service. If you desire daily or bi-weekly maid service or a towel exchange, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

• Smoking is NOT permitted on unit balconies, hallways, or pool decks. Please follow all posted resort smoking policies.

• Motorcycles are NOT permitted on resort property from May through September.

• Guests are not allowed to bring Pets

• The retention pond drainage project remains an ongoing improvement project. Landscaping and vegetation work may continue in certain areas around the resort.

• Please report any smoking violations or resort concerns to the front desk/security.

• Seawatch continues to complete resort-wide improvements to enhance the guest experience throughout the property.

NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
– Waterproofing and carpet installation in the hallways
– Tiki Bar decking replacement – This project is nearing completion and should be completed prior to the Christmas holidays.
-Resurfacing of Pools and Spas – This project is ongoing across the resort during the winter months. However, the indoor pools and spas in both towers are open for your enjoyment.
–Ground floor Elevator walkway flooring replacement (April 7th to April 11th). – Elevator access to the ground floor will be suspended by Otis, and no elevators will be stopping on the ground floor during this time frame. Guests and owners seeking access to the pool or beach will need to use the stairs or the parking garage ramps (directional signage will be provided)
-Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

Note :They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.
