If you’re looking for a family/kid friendly place OR want to be walking distance from the beach & amenities THIS IS IT !!

Pros-Perfect view, Nice size condo, great kitchen, good restaurant in resort,
Quick Beach access, rent umbrella/chairs for $50 all day (7am life guard to secure) WiFi was good, near everything you need.

Cons- Parking was a pain and spots are tight. I suggest parking in 15 minute spot to unload and find condo. Then use key (in condo) to access other parking garage across the street, however if your key doesn’t work like mines didn’t I took it to the lobby (different building) and they gave me a working key and reactivated the other one.

Does the cons outweigh the pros … absolutely not ! Those were not deal breakers for my family, just things we experienced & noticed.

Another thing to note is I had my 9mo old , 3yo & 11yo & there was something for all of us and we had a blast!!

This officially will be our go to condo!!!

The condo and resort staff were great. Although my husband had a little issue with the lifeguard. I loved being there. I will definitely be back

Nuestra experiencia fue muy agradable ya que pudimos entrar rápido y directo al condominio. Todo lo que necesitábamos estaba listo: las boletas para el parqueo. No tuve que ir a la oficina a esperar que me dieran instrucciones ni el pase. Todo estuvo muy limpio, la vista esta hermosa. Lo recomiendo.

The condo itself was amazing and had an amazing view of the ocean. Julie was great and very responsive. Provided very clear instructions and offered much more than just the condo. Will definitely book with her again.

I absolutely loved staying here! It’s right on the beach and a very convenient location where you are near so many things! The pools were an added bonus below and being able to park right next to your stay.

It was a little noisy here and there at night but it wasn’t bad at all!

If we ever come back to MB we will definitely be staying here! It was well kept and had everything we needed!

Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. We would have jumped in for sure if our schedule had allowed us to. Instructions you’re given say to check-in with staff/security when you arrive regarding parking. I never saw anyone who looked like staff or security. I was a little nervous each evening when I parked my car. Thankfully, it was there each morning—a hanging parking tag was provided, so I’m sure that helped identify that I was staying there. Great stay and will definitely consider it again if I return to the area!! *Next part is completely outside the control of the lister, and that’s why it’s after the glowing review.*If you’re allergic to cigarettes, their smoke, and the like (as I am), it’s important to know. I had to hold my breath walking near 2 of the other condos. Very clearly someone has been smoking and the smell saturated everything. One neighbor had chairs set up outside with a table and ashtray. I’m guessing it was coming from the chair cushions or the ashtray? I’ve never experienced an outside area smell that badly. Thankfully, the smell never made its way into our condo.

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay. The space looks exactly like the picture does on line. Julie was very responsive and helpful. I had alot of questions for her due to this being the first time I've rented an air bnb. She answered all of my questions in a rimely manner. we normally go the motel route but never again. An air bnb is definilty my family's go to from now on. I highly recommend Julie and the spaces that she has to offer.

Julie was always responsive to any questions or concerns. The airbnb was clean and beautiful view. Beds were very comfy. I would definitely stay in one of Julie's airbnbs again.

Great location and very responsive host. Had a family emergency, had to cancel, and was then able to reschedule when family emergency resolved. Then got a lower price in a better unit!
There are a lot of directions received in several emails, but good information. Easy to get in-unit with code supplied at exactly the moment of check in, so you don’t have to wait in line at desk, big bonus!
There was a small amount of dirt in a kitchen drawer and some sand in unit, but it was a bargain basement price, so would definitely stay there again!

Last minute trip with my elderly mother and teenage daughter. The condo was cozy! Just the right amount of space! Will definitely visit again!
